I just heard they are going after these kind of merchants. There going to make them illegal. They are a rip off. They are charging 5x Before u know what's happing. I hope they get what's coming to them . F[redacted]ked up people. What blows my mind is that PayPal is how they get away with it. PayPal Makes it easier for these kind of scammers get away with it. But not for long. I hope they bring PayPal down too. PayPal is bad news too. Big time !

TOTAL RIPOFF! THEY CHARGE AT LEAST DOUBLE WHAT THE VENUES CHARGE AND HAVE A NO-REFUND, N0-RETURN POLICY. IF YOU ASK TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, EVEN MINUTES AFTER PLACING IT, THEY'LL TELL YOU "NO DICE; NO REFUNDS; RESELL YOUR TICKETS ONLINE". GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. AVOID THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I just got charged $540 for three $90 tickets bought through Pay Pal. Ticket Fulfillment and Pay Pal neither one will give me a satisfactory response. AVOID THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS. GO TO A REPUTABLE TICKET VENDOR -- NOT THIS SCAM SUCKING BUNCH. PAY PAL IS USELESS IN SETTLING A CLAIM ALTHOUGH THEY SAY A PURCHASE IS PROTECTED. DO NOT USE TICKET FULFILLMENT...STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Wish I had read these reviews before getting involved with these crooks. They informed me that this was the only way to get tickets to this event Nutcracker Ballet in New York. Now Im out $550 and cant even get in touch with them! Do not use Ticket Fulfillment Services

Do not ever buy tickets to any event other than tickmaster or the actual event center. I was sold $114 tickets for $260 a ticket 9 months before the event. They are all crocks and will take you for anything or amount they can be wise and use only proper agency. I got my phantom tickets an hour before the show missed it and they will not refund they are crocks be aware

PLEASE watch out for TICKET FULFILLMENT SERVICES, LP. I don't want anyone to get ripped off the way I did! I'm out $530 that I will not get back. Like so many others here, I too was ripped off by Ticket Fulfillment Services, LP. I thought I was legitimately purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster. I am sure I paid twice the value of my tickets. But the worse is I purchased and paid for these tickets months prior to the concert. Due to a family issue, I could can't attend the concert. I can't even attempt to sell my tickets (at a loss I'm sure) because they will not give me my tickets until the day prior to the concert. And the seat numbers are not listed on my Ticket Confirmation.

1st - No Matter where you go, they won't remove it anyway
I tried.

2nd - They know you can't get it removed.
So they look like the good guy and you make an as out of yourself with a good business.

3rd - You waste your own valuable time.
That is MORE money you essentially give up to TFS.

4th - File a complaint with the Attorney General.
Illegal is Illegal. Period.
If enough of us do it - they will investigate. Trust me.

FYI - Ticket Fulfillment Services, attempted to comply with getting me my refund if I would ask Revdex.com to remove my complaint.

Revdex.com policy doesn't allow the removal of the complaint.

Ticket Fulfillment Services now won't give me my refund, says I didn't hold up my end.

Straight up extortion.

I went back to Revdex.com - and I felt kinda bad - here I asked them for help - and they did - or they tried, to the best of their ability without being able to give out tickets, injunctions, or what-not --- and now/what - I'm supposed to pressure them for trying to do what I got them involved in? Whatever...

The whole reason, Revdex.com can't - like their system forbids the technology that would allow the removal altogether - so don't bother - can't... is because I had a complaint. My complaint wasn't "removed" - it was "resolved".

Well it would be - if Ticket Fulfillment Services wasn't a place that didn't only serve customers that served them first.

LESSON:
Ticket Fulfillment Services = Extortion, Refund only if Revdex.com Removes Complaint
Revdex.com (Ethical) = Complaint can't be "Removed" [it happened] - it can only be "Resolved"

Ticket Fulfillment Services and Vivid Seats are the same company - Vivid Seats and Online City Tickets are the same company.

Total scam. Scalping tickets before they are even on sale. I paid $351 for 2 tickets with a face value of $55. Of course, like everyone else here they refused to cancel. Told me I could sell them. Sure, I'll wait 3 months until 4 days before the event when you finally email them to me and scramble to sell them. Unbelievable that they are able to get away with this.

took daughters to see Disney on ice at Nassau coliseum and when we got there we find out our tickets were a scam. My sister paid $382 dollars and there was nothing that could have been done. There were a bunch of other families who had gotten scammed the same way. The more disappointing part was the kids that couldn't see the show.
However, We were told by one of the ticketmaster window clerks that apparently, these tickets are bought in advance by actually an attorney and resells them, but resells the same tickets over and over. I feel that NYS, and attorney general should be made aware of this and try and fight these online scammers.
Also, Nassau Coliseum and other event arenas should warn consumers of these companies to avoid them from being scammed. I feel they should be held responsible as well on some level for the lack of internet vigilance.

I purchased tickets for the Lady Gaga concert in Omaha, NE. As was stated previously I could not download the tickets. Was told by recording that an e-mail was sent telling me how to get the tickets. didn't happen. Now I am in a panic. these tickets were for my daughter and her friend. She was so excited, now I believe tickets have been sold out. I wish there was something I could do. I'm sure I can get my money back, but I would prefer the tickets!

Here's a good one. I attempted to purchase tickets through AXS (legitimate service handling numerous venues) web site. I was put through to a page/form to make the purchase but when I filled it out I was "bounced" to a page--very similar in appearance to the legit page.
This page offered tickets a much higher prices and I assumed (never assume...) the concert was sold out and I was now ordering through a legitimate reseller connected to AXS (or the venue).
I ordered tickets at twice the price and decided not to get stuck again and open an e-mail notification account with AXS.
Again after numerous tries--all they asked for was e-mail address and a password-I kept getting "incorrect password"--I called AXS where a very nice and helpful customer service rep told me the concert was not sold out and tickets were available. I bought tkts through her--she helped set up my account (simple e-mail address plus a password)>
It is clear that Ticket Fulfillment Services hacked into the AXS system and was hikacking customers.
Phone number and web site page for Ticket Fulfillment Services LP non existent and my receipt from them "Live Chat" ended up with the same old--"you agreed to our conditions..." blah blah blah..sorrry.
If anyone is unable to purchase tickets through legit ticket sellers sites then CALL. Don't assume any show is sold out until a person at the venue tells you it is or it's advertised as such.

You reply - I'm in the same boat. Order tix to Tom Petty/Joe Walsh concert in May on Dec. 16. Thought I was ordering thru Ticketmaster, only to find these prison-educated GED recipients from Ticket Fulfillment re-directed my order through them. I'm disputing $505.47 in charges after getting physical tickets thru Ticketmaster.

Capital One is sounding like they're going to throw me under the bus and make me honor the purchase.....when monkeys fly out my a$$. Told Capital One I'll pay the damned charges in May, when the tickets are supposed to be delivered. Told them I know if I do receive tickets, they will NOT be anywhere near the section I selected and ordered. I'm NOT paying for something I haven't received.

Have you, or anyone had ANY success in disputing these charges from this worthless outfit?

When I filed with my debit/credit protection for a refund these pigs lifted their heads out of the manure they live in and said they were going to provide a tracking number so my case is still pending. I ordered 4 ticket for PBR in Vegas tickets were suppose to be $63.00 each and 4 were ordered but when email was received charge was for $253.00 each and a service charge of 293.48 shipping charge of $14.95. Total charge was $1,320.43. I was out raged at this and disputed with credit card company in which I received letter stating all sales final from Ticket Fulfillment Service and charge was re-applied to card. Now I am reading that they do not email tickets and they will be at will call. Other complaints that when you go to pick up tickets at will call there are none! I am sending letter to credit card company to further investigate complaint and re-credit my account. This is OUTRAGEOUS!

This company claimed to have access to mezzanine seats for Heart @ ACL in Austin Tx. This was the entire reason we selected this vendor. We placed our order 2 months ago, the morning the tickets went on sale. We where changed full price for the tickets we wanted, plus a very very hefty servicing fee which results in more than doubling the price of our tickets. We where told the tickets would be provided worst case a few days prior to the show. The claim a 100% refund if they are unable to provide the tickets. What you do not see is the the very find print of the very long terms of service. you will receive your seats or better seats at the discretion of vendor (right) an upgrade. Show it now less than two days away and still not tickets, so I call and they are more than happy to "re-mail" the tickets to us which they do on the spot. Print out the tickets to find they have moved of to the back of the floor which are "NOT CLOSER OR BETTER" seats, and we specifically requested and where assured they had the more expensive mezzanine tickets available.

Bottom line, LET THE BUYER BEWARE - READ THE FINE PRINT, then READ IT AGAIN. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you just want to get screwed like we did. [redacted]
