Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Review: This company appeared as the first result of a google search for "Heart Tickets Visalia". My husband clicked on their website and believed them to be the sole retailer for Heart tickets. They will not refund the money we paid for two tickets, even though the tickets are supposed to be $105 at their most expensive through the Visalia Fox (the actual venue). We ended up paying $524.95 total, which meant that each ticket cost us $216.00 (more than double the regular price), with a service fee of $39.00 each, and a delivery fee of $14.95.They refuse to refund us and suggested that we try to sell the tickets ourselves. There is no way that we will get our money back and now I'm not sure we'll be able to afford to go to the concert, paying the REGULAR amount!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY--they are swindlers.Desired Settlement: I want our money refunded, INCLUDING shipping and the service fee. We did not want to purchase tickets from this company, but we believed they were the sole retailer for the tickets.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets-instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is notated on our website saying "We display secondary market tickets. This site is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any official box office or official website." These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value--a fact clearly explained in our sales terms and disclosed throughout our website. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $524.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer ref unds. We also will add that Mr. [redacted] 1s tickets have been successf ully delivered to him and will be valid for the event. For the reasons mentioned above we are not able to give Mr. [redacted] his desired resolution. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us.

Review: I want my money refunded for the tickets that I did not intend to purchase and did not use that Ticket Fulfillment Services deceptively charged to my Pay Pal account. I encountered an error when I printed the tickets for a spring training game, they were not the tickets I had purchased so I called the 800 number listed and was told that "all sales are final" and there are "no exchanges" This is a rip-off scam. Much like the old bait & switch.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for the tickets that I did not intend to purchase and did not use that Ticket Fulfillment Services deceptively charged to my Pay Pal account.

Review: While purchasing Tickets to a Baseball Game on 8/31/2015 the total for the order was $50. We purchased 2 tickets at $25 each and on the check out page the Order Total was $50. The next day our back statement showed a total charge of $73.50. When you go to their website there is an FAQ page for why there is a Service Charge for Tickets, but that is only AFTER you purchase them. Again - the order total was $50 - they added the so called service fee after the transaction was completed. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Emails have not been responded to either.Desired Settlement: Refund of $23.50

Review: I received an email at approximately 8:30am on April 09 2015 Pacific time stating a purchase was made on my paypal account, I immediately called to cancel the transaction immediately and the business stated that all sales are final and were sorry that fraudulent charges were made and refused to reverse the transaction. Their website says the order would not be fulfilled until April 22nd yet the business still would not cancel the transaction.Desired Settlement: Please reverse the transaction in full for the amount of $599.95 USD

Review: Ticket price was $15. The choices had 3 tickets for $38. Then the nonrefundable/noncancelable words came on and I agreed. Then the final bill came on screen for $147.95! I immediately called to cancel. They told me to try to resell the tickets on ebay! My credit card company called them and wete told it was nonrefundable. The tickeys are to be sent via email in May sometime. I do not plan to attend the Joel Osteen gathering at all. Their web site said ticketd were $15. I called Osteens web site and they trief but could do nothing.

This is fraud. There is no warning of the fees and the tickey pricr is misleading. I am livimg on social security and cannot afford this.

Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card reimbursed the $147.95

Review: I feel I was scammed. I thought I was on the website for the luhr's center in shippensburg pa. I clicked to buy ticket for $104 and changed the quantity from 4 to 2. I ended up with a charge of $538 to my credit card for tickets with a face value of $49 each. I immediately emailed the company thtat I only wanted 2 tickets. Here is the response:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order. Once an order is placed, we enter into a legally binding contract to purchase those tickets from the seller on your behalf. If you are unable to attend the event, I suggest selling your tickets. There are many websites that allow you to list your tickets for sale. Again, thank you for reaching out. Feel free reply to this email if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets-instead,we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Our online exchange is a user driven website in which consumers are in control of the tickets they are ordering. Ms. [redacted] had many chances to review the details of their order before placing it. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets she was taken to our first checkout page, where she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly stated the event, the event location, and the event date. Then, Ms. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions-visible in a text box below her payment information-and presented with the balded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions" and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Ms. [redacted] was then taken to a final checkout screen to review her order once more. That page states the event, the event location and the event time as well. On that same page, below the stated order summary, there is a button that states "Confirm & Place Order." When Ms. [redacted] clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the order and the order details, verifying this is the order she wanted to place. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars ( USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. Ms. [redacted] was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets for this event on the November 28th, 2015• If Ms. [redacted] is unable to attend this event she can try and resell the tickets via social media or other secondary ticket marketplaces online,as they were emailed to her the same day of the purchase and are in her possession. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us.

Review: Dear Revdex.com Representative:

I am writing to inform you of a disputed transaction I incurred on March 27, 2015.

As a surprise to my husband, I went online and purchased three tickets to see his favorite band, The Eagles at Austin’s Frank Erwin Center. The “SURPRISE” turned into a nightmare! I received copies of the three tickets clearly marked with a face value of $179.50 each (plus a $17.50/each handling fee)... for a total of $591.00; however, upon checking my VISA account, I found I had been charged $1474.50 (an exorbitant overage of $883.50)!!!

I then had my husband call [redacted] VISA to dispute the charge. The VISA representative contacted the vendor (known as Ticket Fulfillment Services at the time of the call, I believe... several alias company names used) and a three-way conversation ensued. The vendor REFUSED to refund our money and only said they would be willing to have us mail them the tickets and IF THE VENDOR WAS ABLE TO RESELL THEM, they would then give us the proceeds... Meanwhile, we were still out almost $1500 and would no longer even have possession of the concert tickets if we conceded! We argued this was a ludicrous proposition and requested the tickets be given to us at face value, plus the normal handling fee (for a total of $591.00) OR that the transaction be cancelled in its entirety and the tickets then returned to the vendor. [redacted] VISA SHOULD HAVE A RECORDED COPY OF THIS PHONE CALL.

After we were unable to resolve the matter via phone, I had to file a written dispute with [redacted] (copies of paperwork attached). The complaint process was lengthy & ongoing for several months. Finally, upon receiving a letter from [redacted] Visa stating they could not resolve the dispute based on the info. they received. I called and talked with a Cap. One representative and explained I had submitted all the paperwork and info. we had... NOTHING ELSE was available. They told me, because the credit card company is bound by credit card dispute rules, I would have to work directly with the vendor WHO REFUSED TO WORK WITH US... as documented in the aforementioned three-way phone call & written correspondence. The representative told me she agreed the surcharge was “definitely unreasonable” and suggested I might wish to pursue other avenues of resolution.

If you wish to contact the VISA credit card company for verification or additional information, here are their contact details:

[redacted] Case #: XXXX

Attn: Transaction Support Center Phone: [redacted]

Upon completion of some online research, I found the online ticket sales vendor has multiple aliases and addresses; therefore, I have submitted complaints to several different state entities (TX, DE, & IL) as well as the Revdex.com. Here are some of the names & addresses I discovered:

Ticket Fulfillment Services email: [email protected]

(aka Secure-Tix Online) customer service phone: [redacted]

Ticket Fulfillment Services LP

23000 Sussex Highway [redacted]

I then found a Revdex.com website showing Ticket Fulfillment Services may be required to have a professional license to operate in the ticket sales industry, so I called the Licensing [redacted] in Wilmington, DE @ [redacted] The gentleman with whom I spoke said he would also forward the information I provided on to the Delaware Attorney General’s office and recommended I proceed with my complaint.

So, here are the names & address of offices with whom I am filing complaints:

[redacted] Consumer Fraud Bureau

[redacted]

Revdex.com (online complaint form filed)

Office of the Attorney General

PO Box 12548

Austin, TX 78711-2548

I sincerely hope one (or more) of your agencies is able to put a stop to the despicable tactics of this (these) company (or companies, as the case may be) before too many other unsuspecting individuals are swindled. (If you take time to investigate, you will see NUMEROUS complaints have been filed with the Revdex.com; however, the site I pulled up shows, “This business is not Revdex.com accredited.” I can certainly see why!!! At the very least, I feel we are entitled to a refund of our $883.50. Thank you for your consideration of this situation and complaint.Desired Settlement: As stated above in "tell us about your problem" section: At the very least, I wish to have our $883.50 (excessive overage charges) refunded.

Review: I would like to report this vendor as being fraudulent. They charged $20 more per ticket AFTER I read the Terms and Conditions; they charged a $96.60 service charge which was NOT declared prior to purchase; and the tickets are NOT IN MY NAME. I consider this to be fraud as these details were not disclosed in the Terms and Condition. I have cancelled this card number Visa [redacted]2692 and received another card. I WANT TO DISPUTE THIS AND THIS MONEY NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. Desired Settlement: This company, ONLINECITYTICKETS.com DBA TICKET FULFILMENT SERVICES LP, needs to REFUND $547.46 to me. [Point of Sale - Visa Debit INTL VISA DEB RETAIL PURCHASE TICKET FULFILLM $547.46 ES LP] immediately and I shall return the fraudulent tickets to them.

Review: I purchased 2 tickets from this company. The advertised price was $152/ticket. They charged my CC $617. This total was not given to me at the time of check out or would not have purchased them. Also, I had two friends purchase tickets in the same section and row at the same time from this organization. They were charged half of this amount. When I called to resolve the issue I was told it was a final sale and that they are a re-seller. They don't control the pricing. REALLY DECEPTIVE ORGANIZATION. Numerous complaints of this same fraudulent experience are posted on this site. This company needs to be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the difference in price.

Review: My credit card number was used and charged with Ticket Fulfillment Services without my knowledge or consent. I tried to contact this company to dispute the charge and could not get through to anyone by phone or no email responses. I believe this is a shell company with unlawful business practices. I had to cancel my credit card and have a new card issued.Desired Settlement: I want to know WHOM used my card without my permission to charge the 1263.50?

Response:

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Ms. [redacted]'s complaint is unique in that it is related to a successful example of how Ticket Fulfillment Services' robust ecommerce fraud prevention system protected Ms. [redacted]'s security. An unknown fraudster attempted to use her credit card on our website. Our talented and trained verification team identified the attempted fraud and blocked the transaction. Ms. [redacted]'s card was not charged and the fraudster was prevented from causing damage to Ms. [redacted] or our company.Best practice when such an attempt at fraud occurs is for the card holder to cancel the credit card, which Ms. [redacted] has confirmed she has done. As this was an act by an unknown third party, who has not identified themselves in any way, we are not able to provide the information Ms. [redacted] requested. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact her financial institution for some guidance in determining whether her card was used to make unauthorized purchases elsewhere, because we can assure her that it was not used on our website

This business presents itself as a service and an official representative of Ticketmaster. Ticket Fulfilment Services simply helps original ticket buyers sell their tickets at an extreme markup and the company charges that seller a fee for doing so. The second buyer purchases the ticket (s) with the belief that they are purchasing from a genuine Ticketmaster site. To my knowledge the practice of reselling tickets to reap financial gain is, in Alberta illegal, and is described as scalping. The tickets I received says that RESALE INVALIDATES TICKET.

When the tickets were bought we thought that was the actual price of the ticket but after phoning Ticketmaster found that the charge of the ticket was actually about 3 times the cost it should have been.

I am very upset that I got caught in this scam. I was purchasing tickets for Lion King at Segerstrom and in a bit of a hurry so didn't catch that this wasn't the legitimate sight for the theatre even though these scam organizations get dominion names that are spelled exactly like the real deal. I was ultimately charged $677.61 for 3 tickets that should have cost me less than half this. Plus, they tell you AFTER your purchase that you won't receive your EMAIL tickets until 2 days before the performance (unacceptable) AND you have no idea what your seat numbers will be--only the section, so I don't know if they're even together. This is scalping and a total rip off. The email they give you to talk to their customer service doesn't work and the chat, which I tried, probably doesn't either. These places should be put out of business.

I purchased tickets from this company unknowing that they where not affiliated with Ticketmaster. In addition, they assessed a large service fee that was not disclosed during my purchase process. The fee was 30% of my purchase, and was NEVER DISCLOSED anywhere on the site until I submitted my purchase.

I also have reported them to my CC agency as potentially fraudulent organization as I have NO FAITH these tickets will be honored the day of the event.

DO NOT USE THEM.

Buyer beware.

Do not ever use this company. They are a total scam. They add extra fees after the order is processed and get away with it by saying tickets may be more than face value on their homepage. TOTAL SCAM. They would not refund my money. Shocked that I got scammed like that.

Review: I purchased tickets for a show from this company online. When I was almost finished a message popped up stating "your secession has timed out". Thinking the transaction failed I redid the purchase and completed the sale. The next day I saw on my banking statement I had been billed twice. I call this company twice and sent an e mail asking for them to take back the extra set of tickets. Each time they told me sorry you agreed to buy the tickets we will not take them back. They even told me to sell them myself. There web site was completely misleading and they should refund me for the two unused tickets.Desired Settlement: This company's web site is flawed and caused me to purchase an extra set of tickets. They need to refund me for this

When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order. Insta ntaneously, on April 8, 2015 at 10:26 pm CST, our system notified Mr. [redacted]of his purchase via email and provided him with an order number: [redacted].Mr. [redacted] states that he was unaware of the completion of this order and proceeded to purchase another pair of tickets. We should mention that our system is designed to both support multiple pu rchases for the same event and advise customers that they are doing so to avoid mistakes. In this case, when Mr. [redacted] arrived at checkout with the second pair of tickets, he was greeted with a message stating he had successfully placed an order previously and asked him to confirm whether he'd like to place another order. Mr. [redacted] verified his duplicate purchase and checked out, again, as described above. This second order read, "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $573.55, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." It's difficult to understand Mr. [redacted]'s confusion as he was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. Mr. [redacted] disputed both orders with his financial institution but they sided in our favor. Additionally, the event has long passed and Mr. [redacted] was in possession of both pairs of tickets in time for the event. For this reason, we consider this matter resolved. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us.Thank you

Review: When I searched for the Venue Sight, Ticket Fulfillment Services appeared. I thought this was the Venue advertising Tickets for an upcoming event. The site asked all the usual questions. Here was the catch. They showed the price of one Ticket. I thought at the time The price was for two Tickets. So when I got to the end, I was billed for over $1000. I immediately called the site. Less than five minutes lapsed. They refused to refund my money. This is not right and represents that this Company will not help you even if you make a mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned.

Review: Was interested in buying tickets from venue. When you enter this web site to purchase the venues tickets it is almost identical and you think you are on the Jones Beach Theatre Site. Once you purchase, you are made aware that you are not. The tickets are marked up incredibly high. The retail cost of the tickets I purchased where $45 each, they sold for $250.I thought I was on the venues site and this online business then says 100% guaranteed satifaction on it's site and then when you inquire they say in regard to everything else but a refund!!!!I feel that it was not clear that they are a clearing house. It is also outrageous that they marked up so much. Additionally, it is very unclear you are on their website and not on the venues UNTIL AFTER YOU PURCHASE.

I want my money back atickets that costs $45 each should not be resold for 250

I thought I was ordering the tickets through the Amway center, without noticing it took me to online city tickets. showed my ticket price and a total on the left. when I selected that I wanted the tickets emailed, what I didn't notice was a hefty $56 service fee added on. If this company was above board, why wouldn't they show this service fee up front - they were going to charge me for it regardless of how the tickets were shipped. Additionally they charge $7 to email me the tickets. What a rip-off. They refused to refund the order saying the tickets were already processed. The page itself says the name and the amount of the ticket that you download may not match your name or the amount you paid for the tickets. All after you paid for them.

Review: Purchased 2 concert tickets online from ConcertBoom at approximately $581. When I printed the tickets, actual cost is $79. each. Checked with the theater where the concert is being held and $79. is the actual price. ConcertBoom, when I contacted them stated they could not issue a refund as stated in their contract. I understand fees are involved when using the services of a ticket agency but this difference is robbery of an unsuspecting individual. Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money ConcertBoom charged to my credit for the two concert tickets, approximately $581.
