We have attempted to reach the customer to resolve this complaint. We left a voicemail after were unable to contact the customer by phone. We look forward to speaking with the customer and working towards a resolution.

After our owner and CEO spoke to the customer they accepted our exit offer. Final paper work and all other considerations are being collected and communicated directly to the customer.

[redacted] When Reedhein says “they have reached out with an exit offer”, they mean they have...

attempted to extract an additional $1900 in order to complete the time share exit by turning their responsibility over to another company.  When first approached with this “offer”, we were suspicious of fraudulent activity and requested specific details of our exit status with [redacted] Vacations, including evidence of work done and related correspondence performed by Reedhein on our behalf.  We also requested a response from our original sales contact and top management at Reedhein, to explain their justification for additional fees.  We also indicated that failure on their part to complete their obligation to deliver a timeshare exit within their original fee in the time frame promised would result in our requesting a refund, per their advertised policy.We have provided Reedhein  the above response to their “exit offer” over a month ago, and have not heard from them since, so they are being deceptive when they say “they are waiting to hear back from the customer”.  It has been almost two years and $4500 spent on Reedhein and so far we have nothing to show for it.  We suspect fraudulent activity.

We have reached out to the customer to discuss the nature of the complaint and have reached an agreed upon resolution. Specified documents are being mailed from our Lynnwood location today (2/16/2018).

We have emailed the customer on 5/31 requesting to schedule a call to speak about their concerns. Once we have had a chance to review the situation with the customer we will update the Revdex.com accordingly.

rejecting this response because:I have called TimeShareExit back on both numbers provided.  I was immediately put into Voice Mail both times.  They probably are really busy.  Both times I provided them with my my phone number and my wife's phone number.  They have not called us back, and it has been a reasonable time period. I will look in my email box is they have emailed us.  This business has very poor Customer Service.

We have reached out to the customer to go over the details of this complaint as well as the current status of the exit. We left a voicemail for the customer on 4/16/2018. We look forward to getting in contact to discuss and resolve the issue at hand.

We have spoken with this customer on 5/22 to learn more about her concerns, and she is aware that we will be following up with her directly regarding her file review.

Both our CEO and Customer Relations department have reached out via phone attempting to speak with the customer. As soon as we are able to speak with the customer directly we will update the Revdex.com accordingly.
