I am rejecting this response because:they did not contact me on 5/What are they doing in terms of late feesAnd getting my exit as they guaranteed? I reject any forclosure/damage to my credit caused by there misleading represantative back in Timeshare Exit Team has caused further more a financial burden and high level of stress by failing to take full responsability on loop holes in the way they present their service and treating my caseThe owner himself admited to having loop holes and one of them allowing their reps to tell customers not to pay.

The timeline the customer outlines is correctWe believe that the cause for concern from the client was due to premature communication from our operations departmentWe accept responsibility for this confusing introduction to the resorts exit offer. A guaranteed exit was obtained from the
resort upon payment of the resorts proposed settlement fee to be paid directly to the resortThe transfer process was through the resorts preferred vendor who is not part of Timeshare Exit Team or its parent company *** * ***. Upon learning of the clients concerns, management contacted the customer and reached an agreed upon resolutionThe client was refunded as requested, despite an exit opportunity having been obtained

We will continue to remain in contact with this customer throughout the duration of his exit, and are always available should further concerns arise

We spoke with the customer with notice that the refund was approved and that we would be sending the check outThe check was mailed out with tracking indicating it would be arriving today,

Communication from this company to their client is extremely poor. I'm still in limbo
