Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:although the company refunded our money, it took us months to convince them to do so Only after I emailed the Revdex.com did we get an adequate response from the company Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customer has been contacted regarding this complaint and informed that our Customer Relations department is currently reviewing their file to determine next stepsAn update will be provided to both the customer and the Revdex.com as soon as a finalized resolution has been reached

Upon the customers original complaint, our CEO and owner reached out and came to an agreed upon resolution with the customerThe customer then rejected that resolution, and our team is currently working with the customer to understand what that acceptable resolution could be

Ownership spoke with the customer on 5/12/and we understand that this matter is resolvedThe client stated that they would be removing the complaint

We have reached out to the customer to resolve the issueIn instances where we cannot connect with a customer, a voicemail is left to ensure we can connect to properly reach a satisfactory resolution

We have reached out to the customer to go over the details of this complaint as well as the current status of the exitWe left a voicemail for the customer on 4/16/We look forward to getting in contact to discuss and resolve the issue at hand

We have been in contact and working directly with this customer to resolve their concernsThe customer is aware of the status of their file and understands that our Executive team will be in touch as soon as resolution information is available

We respect the customer's wishes to leave this communication channel open until the complaint is resolvedWe have reached out to the customer to discuss the nature of the complaint and desired resolution on 3/19/and 3/28/Though we have had some difficulty reaching the customer, were were able to speak with the customer via phone and emailAt the current moment we are awaiting an update from the attorney

We have spoken to the customer regarding her concerns and communicated the fact that we have successfully obtained an exit opportunity for her timeshareThe exit documents have been sent to the customer, and once executed and returned her case will be finalized

Both our CEO and Customer Relations department have reached out via phone attempting to speak with the customerAs soon as we are able to speak with the customer directly we will update the Revdex.com accordingly

We have reached out to the customer via phone and email to address and resolve this complaintWe have left voicemail as well as a followup email after failure to connect with the customerWe remain committed to resolving this complaint in a satisfactory manner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been advised there is an additional fee for the exit because eleven months ago we were told going that route would speed up the processIt obviously did notI am unwilling to pay more than our original contract amount Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that the process would be completed in three to eighteen monthsIf you look at there website they state this in writingThey took twenty one months and two weeksI was not kept informed as to the progress of the caseWhen I called my representative I was told my asking for information would impede the resolution of the caseI was lied to by the Exit Team in that they would tell me the case was almost doneThe cost for this mistreatment of a client was $Their offer of $is an insult for all the trouble I went throughMarriot was constantly harassing men for the maintenance feesI asked the EXIT TEAM for help and they threatened me with a slow down of the caseThe Exit Team treated me Very Unprofessionally and the insulted me with a $offerIf this is the best that the customer relations office can do then they need to reevaluate their processIs there anyone that I can correspond with within the Exit Team for a resolution? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response at this time because: I'd like to keep my complaint open and active, upon entering this contract in September, it was indicated by their representative at the time it would take approximately to months to complete During that timeframe I remained in contact and patiently waited an outcome but was unable to obtain any information concerning my exit position until my contact with Revdex.com I will only be satisfied with the completed action Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have emailed the customer on 5/requesting to schedule a call to speak about their concernsOnce we have had a chance to review the situation with the customer we will update the Revdex.com accordingly

We have been in contact with the customer and have reached a resolution

Sorry if this is duplicated as I originally heard of the complaint from an employee who also received this We were in contact with the client literally yesterdayIn that conversation ownership was able to inform the client of our next steps and promised them a follow up call in a few days
