The customer has been contacted regarding this complaint and informed that our Customer Relations department is currently reviewing their file to determine next steps. An update will be provided to both the customer and the Revdex.com as soon as a finalized resolution has been reached.

this org has spoken to me. The only communication has been via email, where they keep returning with no commitment to provide the full refund. The refund request was made 13/03/2017, 2 full years after signing on with the organization.

We have contacted the client to present a resolution to the complaint. The client is out of their timeshare and we have presented a resolution offer to the client that has been accepted.

Customer's request is still in for approval from management as we verify the nature and details of the complaint and exit in question.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is the same tactic the business has used for...

several months.    They send me form emails.  Then indicate they will honor their commitment.   Then send another email that attempts to recharacterize their "money back guaranteee" which is clearly stated in the agreement I signed with them. I absolutely do not accept their response.    They need to be held accountable.
