We reached out to the customer on 4/13 to inform the customer that the timeshare exit has been completed. The account was formally closed on 4/16 as a successful exit. Customer can expect a confirmation letter in the mail within the next couple of weeks.

Upon the customers original complaint, our CEO and owner reached out and came to an agreed upon resolution with the customer. The customer then rejected that resolution, and our team is currently working with the customer to understand what that acceptable resolution could be.

I am rejecting this response because:RE: [redacted] time share in Collingwood Hi Revdex.com. our time share property in Collingwood which was in the hands of Reed Hein to dispose of since August 2015.Last Thursday I got an email from them recommending we contact the law firm of[redacted] I immediately contacted the company and a lady her name is [redacted] said to fill out the application form and send to them the fees of $570....for the upcoming year and another cheque for $600.00 to complete the transaction.   We sent our cheques by tracked mail and because it was a holiday the rec'd them only this morning at 8:30am.  So as of now we can only say that Reed Hein contacted this local company on Thursday of last week.  We immediately answered and sent in the forms and cheques to them.  Seems like they (Reed Hein again put us off and to cover themselves contacted this other firm.Thank you and we will contact you when this transaction has been completed.  [redacted] and [redacted]

We have discussed resolution options with the customer and have reached a mutual agreement. Customer can expect all necessary items in the mail within the next few days.Int Ref: [redacted]

We completed service and fulfilled our obligations to the agreed upon contract which does not qualify the customer for a full refund. We regret that the customer was dissatisfied with our communication during the service and have offered to refunded a portion of our fee based on our pricing...

We have reached out to the customer to resolve the situation and complaint. A mutual resolution has been agreed upon and the customer can expect documentation in the mail roughly within the next week. Internal Ref: [redacted]

After checking our inbox for info@reedhein for Mr. [redacted]'s email, we were unable to locate any emails sent to us directly from the email [redacted]. If  Mr. [redacted] is ever contacted by us again, he can reach out directly to [redacted]@reedhein.com and we will ensure that we respond.

I am rejecting this response because: Timeshare ExitTeam  have not "spoken" with me and I am still waiting for a full refund per the Agreement I have with them. I have had no response from their Executive Team.

We have reviewed this complaint and routed the file to Customer Relations who will be contacting the customer to understand their concerns in full detail. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.

We have responded to the customer regarding this complaint. A call is scheduled for 10/24 to further discuss the current situation.

We have reached out directly with an exit offer and are currently waiting to hear back from the customer.

We respect the customer's wishes to leave this communication channel open until the complaint is resolved. We have reached out to the customer to discuss the nature of the complaint and desired resolution on 3/19/2018 and 3/28/2018. Though we have had some difficulty reaching the customer, were were able to speak with the customer via phone and email. At the current moment we are awaiting an update from the attorney.

Customer was contacted the same day as the complaint, which was resolved to their satisfaction. Customer did state on our phone call that they appreciated the response and resolution from the company and that they wished to remove their complaint with the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response at this time because: I'd like to keep my complaint open and active, upon entering this contract in September, 2015 it was indicated by their representative at the time it would take approximately 12 to 18 months to complete.  During that timeframe I remained in contact and patiently waited an outcome but was unable to obtain any information concerning my exit position until my contact with Revdex.com.  I will only be satisfied  with the completed action

I am rejecting this response because:The complaint has not been answered.  The company appears to be stalling on settling by transferring me to yet another department.  I did have the phone conversation with the representative of the company.  She did ask me what my complaint was about and said she had not read any of my emails.  She is forwarding my complaint to someone else.  I am waiting for their answer.
