I am rejecting this response because:e: case *** I have not yet received a fully paid time exit document from this company even after paying in February $for completion of this exitI gave my discover credit card to pay this amount as a rep said it was necessary to give this amount to royal resorts to finish the exitAlso, each time I call someone might be told to block my home number after I wait to speak to someone there or I hear a click It might be a coincidence but each time I call from my home number or from another number the call seems to be blocked and I cannot take care of this matter of getting a final exit from royal resortsPlease can someone from Revdex.com contact time exit get them to send me a final payment made and final exit from royal resorts.Thank you *** *** *** -please let me get a final exit document from royal resorts and a fully paid statement with description of how things were done

We have been in contact with the customer regarding their complaint, and discussed a potential resolution that is currently being reviewed by our management team

We have reached out to this customer multiple times over the past week to hear about their concerns directlyWe have been unable to receive a phone call or email back with the needed information to assist
The customer has also received multiple communications from their Account Coordinator
concerning the complaints that they are receiving communications from collectionsOur efforts to follow up on this would allow us to help stop the harassing of the collections agency, but without a response and the necessary docs we are unable to help
We ask that the customer call our corporate office at 425-415-to verify the email and phone on their account are the most up to date and preferred points of contactAt that time they should also schedule a time to speak with their Account Coordinator so we can hear their concerns and address them directly
