This was my first order with Tipsy Elves. I paid for expedited shipping in order for it to arrive by a specific date in which my items were needed. When the postal tracking indicated that my order wouldn't arrive on time, the post office informed me that Tipsy Elves had only used first class instead of Priority Shipping. There was no way my order would arrive on time.

I contacted Tipsy Elves customer service several times. The best recourse they were willing to offer was to refund me the cost of the extra shipping or have me return my order altogether once it arrives. I was pretty disappointed with the offer and in situations such as this is when I miss the customer service that companies such as Amazon provide.

Review: On 12-18-2015, original order date, I received a sweater size XL as a gift which was too large. Within the company's return/exchange policy, I exchanged it for L size. Which I received on 2-2-2016 via mail. The large size does not fit either, I contacted the company for a refund and was denied.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

We ordered 2 sweaters on November 30, 2015. We were informed there was a back up with all orders. We then ordered another sweater for our child and it was shipped and delivered in one week. Now the websites states all orders made today will be shipped and delivered by Friday. We are now waiting almost 3 weeks and have not received our order. Also, you can no longer call and speak with anyone and we have not received any notification of when we will receive our order. Unprofessional, unresponsive and a horrible company to order from.

Review: Ordered a Holiday sweater on November 30th in two day mail.. Needed the sweater for a holiday party on December 5th. Pay pal was charged a total of $74.90 including a 2 day shipping charge of $15. The sweater has never arrived(Today is Dec. 6th)) ,my [redacted] account was deducted the amount above. It was never shipped because Their policy is to issue a tracking number as soon as an item is shipped. This was never provided. I have REPEATEDLY tried to call them and email them. The phone was shut off due to what they say was high volume and they do not answer emails. I can not get in touch with them and they have my money.Desired Settlement: I simply do NOT want the sweater shipped at a later date and would like my paypal account to be credited back with the $74.90.

Review: I was overcharged by this company. I checked out at 52.45 at check out and the billing came through at 62.41. I have sent 3/2 chats and multiple phone calls with no response within 48 hours, this has been an issue for 10 days now. The phone calls to customer service will end up hanging up after awhile and the live chat...will not respond just keeps waiting and then sends emails that no customer service will respond too. At this point I am hoping this is not fraudulent because I have not received product either.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my billing adjusted, but also having to deal with many communications and lack of customer service, it would be nice to not only get my original billing corrected but to only charge me the current price of sweater which is now 30$ less.

Worst customer service I have ever received from any online company. I ordered over $300 of Xmas items for Christmas (obviously), these were then shipped (according to their site and email), but guess what? I received a package with 2 small items in, the other 6 items (sweaters) were all back-ordered. Tried ringing them - no point, I was cut off due to high call volume, tried live chat - no good - unable to help because of high volume. Sent email - no response. My advice keep well away. Plus I am still owed over $200!

Review: I placed an order on December 6, 2015. Order # [redacted] I received the two items in this order, I followed the guidelines on their website for sizes and the sweaters were too small so I sent them back through the United States Postal Service. They received the items back on December 18, 2015. I have tried to contact them regarding this matter and see when I get my back my refund. I have called to listen to a long recording I have emailed them through their chat and email. I have yet to receive a response. I was charged $89.17 for the order and would like my credit back as I sent them back the items. I placed a reorder as the customer service was taking to long to respond so I could get the item in time for a celebration party. Order #[redacted], I received this item not it time for my celebration party. I paid for the expedited shipping to get the item in time like stated on the website, but the item came later. I was disappointed to get the item so late and yet still heard nothing from the company. I sent back these two items as well through the USPS. They received the items on Decebmer 29, 2015. I had to pay $7.70 for shipping back the items. For that return the company needs to refund me $73.83. Overall I was not happy on how the conduct business and don't respond to any of the emails I have sent them regarding my orders. I am very disappointed as I wasn't able to use the products as I didn't receive them in time. I would like my refunds processed on both orders as I returned the items and it would be great to be reimbursed for my shipping costs as I wouldn't have had to return the item if I received them on time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on both orders and would like reimbursement for my shipping expenses.

1: I paid for three sweaters. I received one.

2: The (one) item I received is in the wrong size. I need to exchange it and have reached out multiple times starting on november 27th (shortly after I ordered the wrong size) but have yet to hear back. Review: I placed an order on 11/30/15 and paid extra for faster shipping. Item was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. On Thursday, 12/03/15, I contacted Tipsy Elves through the online chat because I was concerned that I hadn't received a tracking number. After waiting an absurd amount of time, an associate told me that I didn't get a tracking number because it hasn't been shipped yet. She guaranteed me that I will receive my order on or before 12/09/15, which is why I didn't cancel my order then. By Monday, 12/07/15, I still hadn't received a tracking number, so I called and left a message and e-mailed the support team. Even tried the live chat, but somehow got disconnected. It is now 12/09/15, no one from Tipsy Elves has contacted me. Tried calling, e-mail, and live chat, to no avail. I have all live chat correspondences, receipt for the e-mails, and screenshots of my call history. I want my money back and will NEVER do business with this company again.Desired Settlement: I want my order refunded and I want an apology. Why didn't the associate on 12/03/15 tell me honestly that I wouldn't receive my shipment by the time I needed it? I'd also like for the company to drastically improve its Customer Service because it's ridiculous that for 3 days I've been trying to talk to someone about my order and was unable to. Furthermore, they assure e-mails will be responded to within 48 hours, but not one of my e-mails was returned.

Tipsy Elves has adorable items. I ordered one for my husband. It came as the wrong size. I simply want to return the item, but am having extreme difficulty returning the item. I submitted three different email requests to acquire the return location that I am required to ship my item to for a refund. I get a confirmation that they received the request and an empty promise to send me the address within 24 hours. I have yet to hear. I have called three times and they have a standard voicemail that expresses they are "experiencing heavy callers, but will not leave for the day until all calls are answered". I have yet to get a call answered. I am reading in their policy that they have a strict return policy of sending it back in 7 days AND I will experience a 15% restocking fee. Although I have tried many times, I don't know how or where to send it. This is frustrating. I would advise not doing business with this online vendor. They are just not ready for the business and have no customer service to offer. Sad, because they have cute personalized items.

Second year in a row this is a complete screw up. Sent wrong items last year, this year nothing shipped and they provided an invalid tracking number. No phone number available to call them.

Terrible Customer Service! Did not receive all of my order. 1/2 of order came right after Thanksgiving. Called but was placed on hold due to "Black Friday Orders" and was told phone would hang up at 15 minutes! Can you believe that! Called several times, same thing. Sent several emails, NO RESPONSE!

Waited till after Christmas to call and was told to hold for next agent; at 15 min. on hold message came on for me to leave a message! Don't do business with them! They do not care about their customers.

Review: Paid for expedited shipping and the order still did not arrive time. Because of this delay we were unable to utilize the items we ordered. Tried several times to contact them via phone and email with little or no response and our questions were still not properly answered. The items were confirmed as being returned back to them on 12/24/15 and we are yet to receive our refund despite their return policy stating refunds take 2-3 days to process. I contacted them again on January 8, 2016 about my refund and they stated that the refund would be received within 1-3 business days and I would receive email confirmation once processed. Here we are on 01/18/2016 and I am yet to receive a refund of nearly $80 and have yet to receive an email confirming the processing of the refund.

I tried numerous times to contact someone to get the items to my daughter's house. Their phone number is simply a recording and they turned off their live chat. The only way to get ahold of someone was via email and three emails went unanswered until someone named [redacted] finally responded that I would be getting a refund in three business days. No apology given. That was on 12/23. Still no refund and when I contacted the live chat today was told they are very backed up and the refund is going to take longer. Terrible customer service and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and it noted that buyer should beware when dealing with this company.

Do not Order from Them! I ordered an Item on December 14, 2015. I received an e-mail from them 0n December 16 stating that they were cancelling my order because I already had an existing order in place. I didn't have an existing order with them, as this was my one and only order with them, but I figured maybe they had accidently duplicated my order. I called them on December 21, 2015 to find out the status of the order they said was an existing order and while on hold they played a message stating that they were having shipping problems because of a problem in their East Coast distribution center and because of the high volume of holiday orders. This seems to be a running theme with this company. Someone finally answered the phone and he told my that I only had one order and it was the one that they had cancelled. The one gift that I was really looking forward to giving never came. No remorse or apology. Stay away!

I ordered two jumpsuits on a Monday and paid for the two-day delivery, scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Come Wednesday, I hadn't received my tracking number so I called Tipsy Elves. I spoke to [redacted] and asked her if she knew the status. She told me she did not and that warehouse didn't update the system so she couldn't give me an answer on what the status was. I asked her if she could connect me to the warehouse so I could ask (after all, I paid for two day delivery and it hadn't left yet), as the customer I have the right to know where my order is. [redacted] again stated that there was "nothing I can do" and then hung up on me. I immediately wrote an email to make the company aware that the customer rep was not showing she was interested in what I had to say. I called back and she told me she'd just cancel my order. She told me I was rude which is why she hung up on me. I asked her if I could please speak to the manager and she said she didn't have one (which does not make any sense). She told me she didn't have a number for the warehouse that she emailed them (on the website, emails, phone they say to expect 48 hrs for a response). This doesn't show any sense of urgency to resolving an issue or even getting a simple answer. And then she hung up on me, again. A company that provides product to consumers that doesn't have managers, synchronous communication with their warehouse, absolutely no sense of customer service, and says they are Revdex.com accredited and is not. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Review: I ordered a sweater for an event (4 weeks prior). When I ordered the product, the website had it labeled as available and in stock. I received a confirmation email the day I placed the order and my credit card was charged. 3 weeks later (1 week before my event) I received a credit to my credit card, but no email letting me know that I would not receive my product. If I had not checked my credit card account online, I would have NEVER known that the order was cancelled. At that point, it was too late to order another sweater and I had to go without.Desired Settlement: I know that this is a fairly new business, I just wish for the company to mend their policies/practices so that other consumers do not have the same issues that I had to deal with.

Received my package today and I was super excited to get mine and my husbands sweaters for our party that we are having tomorrow night. I open the package and only one sweater is the box!! I called customer service and all they could say was the warehouse forgot to put my husbands sweater in the box. I was very upset and asked if they could overnight me a sweater. Unfortunately they do not do Saturday delivery. They refunded my money but the point is when you purchase something you expect to get what you ordered. Good job guys. Only upside was the customer service rep was very nice and accommodating. I'm getting a refund but what I wanted was the sweater.
