Review: I ordered a sweater from this company on 11/29/15 online & paid extra for 2 day delivery for 12/2/15. As of 12/3/15 I have not received the item. I have attempted to call this company repeatedly, but am put on hold repeatedly & after 15 minutes of being on hold each time & recording comes on stating you call leave a message, call back or email them. I have left voice mail messages & emailed with no response at all by phone or email. When attempting to call again, a recording comes on stating tat they are experiencing a high volume of calls & that you have to call back. I have never purchased from this company before & did so in good faith. I have yet to receive my item, any explanation; literally nothing from this company. I want a total refund from this company & an explanation as to why I have not received my order. I did receive a tracking # for Fed Ex since it was 2 day delivery & the tracking # is wrong. I have contacted Fed Ex & they have been unable to help.Desired Settlement: I want a refund & an explanation as to why this company is run like this, why no one can answer the phone even when their own message states when you call that you will talk to a "live person." Their practices are irresponsible & completely unacceptable. I think other consumers should be warned about doing business with this company.

Review: On December 6th 2015 I placed an order and paid for priority 2 day shipping. It is now over 3 weeks later and I have still not recieved my order. I recieved an email on December 8th that my order had shipped but when I went to track my packeage all it said was that the shipping label was printed. USPS has still not even recieved my package to deliver to me. I have sent numerous emails, called their phone number, left messages, and even tweeted at them. The only response that I've gotten is an automated email saying that my email was recieved. All I want is to get some sort of contact from Tipsy Elves about where my package is and to not get stuck with a charge for an order that I wont recieve.Desired Settlement: I just want them to contact me and get me my order that I paid for.

Review: I purchased two sweaters on dec 1, 2015. Paid for two day shipping. By dec 5 items were still not shipped. Called customer service to cancel order. Items were not cancelled and were shipped dec 8. Received dec 10. Did not open box, called ups to refuse shipment. When ups had not picked up package by the 12 I called again. Still did not come pick up package. Called ups again on the 17th. Ups picked up package on the evening of the 17th. Today is the 26th and I still have not received my refund of $122.84. I ha e emailed two different addresses and called the company twice and left a message and have never heard a thing back from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my total payment fir sweaters and shipping totalling $122.84 refunded.

Review: On November 4, 2015, I purchased an "Ugly Christmas" Sweater from Tipsy Elves, L.L.C. (a.k.a. Tipsy Elves). Within five days from the date it arrived here, I returned it to the company's Dayton, New Jersey, Fulfillment Center in the condition and packaging it arrived in as per the instructions found on the return document in the box the sweater was originally shipped in. The date that it arrived in the company's Fulfillment Center Reception Desk area according to U.S. Postal Service Tracking receipt was 11:08 a.m. on November 10, 2015. According to their website, the item must be returned within 30 days of when it arrived in the same condition and packaging it came in. According to the website, refunds are processed within 1-2 days, not three months.

I contacted the company via e-mail and via telephone calls about getting a refund. I kept getting excuses from: we have been swamped with orders; your refund will be taken care of in the next 3-5 days in a refund memo and credit back; and then they stopped communicating with me. I contacted a consumer advocacy organization,

Business-Consumer Alliance, who have also attempted to assist me by contacting the company with no luck. I was told that they refund via Pay Pal; which is not how I purchased the item. I did contact my Credit Union several times to find out if Pay Pal had refunded me; and I was told on at least three occasions that no refund has been made by Tipsy Elves and/or Pay Pal. Today was the last time I spoke with my Credit Union about this.

Tipsy Elves is a Shark Tank, sponsored multi-million dollar company; and it looks like they have no plans on refunding me. They seem to be telling me what I want to hear; and if you look in your consumer comments about the company, you will find other similar complaints about the company. [redacted], Business-Consumer Alliance Customer Service Representative,told me that it would be appropriate if I was to submit a complaint against Tipsy Elves.Desired Settlement: A $68.90 refund to my account in a timely manner. I do not believe that I should be chasing them around in order to get a refund back on an item that I returned in the same condition it came in within the 30-day time frame that they require.

1. I do not accept the response from Tipsy Elves, L.L.C., for the following reasons: "They claim that they have already credited my account". This is not true because "I have checked with my bank several times since the end of November/early December. They have verified for me that no refund has been made by Tipsy Elves, L.L.C., directly into my account or through Pay Pal". 2. The Business-Consumer Alliance has also tried to assist me in obtaining a refund: "They have told me that it would be appropriate for me to contact you and the Office of the Attorney General of New York State" about this"; which is why I have submitted my complaint to you. I did contact the N.Y.S. Attorney General's office. Their Information and Referral Hot Line Facilitator advised me "to contact the Office of the Attorney General of California rather than New York State Attorney General's office; if you are unable to help me resolve this issue, and my account is credited". 3. It is almost three months: The item I returned them took place in early November of 2015. 4. Other customers of the Tipsy Elves have had similar issues with the Company, as found on the comments section of the Tipsy Elves listing found on your site . They Advertise stock you don't have.

Claim to lose my package after they send me shipping confirmation

Claim to issue a refund, never do.

Call to speak to a manager - No one available puts me on a 25min hold & the operator was rude

WHen they claim they are issuing another refund, I don't believe them.

They still have my $$ and wont give me anyone to speak to in a supervisor/managerial position.Desired Settlement: I want my money ASAP and a written apology.

Also if they plan on staying in business they should be required to have a manager or supervisor available to customers if their Customer Service is so poor.

Review: I ordered a product through their website on November 9, 2015 for a total of $55.91. I received the product a few days later and decided to return it. I returned the sweater with all original contents through UPS. I do not have the the tracking information but I do have the PayPal information. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with tipsy elves by email and phone and no response. I have not received my refund or any indication that I will receive one. I am severely disappointed and refuse to do any shopping with this company. I have also advised others to be careful about dealing with this company.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $55.91 credited back to my account.

Review: I ordered a sweater and leggings from them on 11/25/2015 and a week later was told that because of black friday and cyber monday things were delayed until the next week. It is the next week now and my order is still processing, they have taken my money from my account, and I am seeing that people who order after me are getting their items, though there are a LOT of people complaining that they also are not receiving their orders. Customer services is a joke, they can't keep up with all the complaints. They are busy deleting all the negative comments they are receiving on [redacted]. When I placed my order the website said it was in stock, yet now I can't get anyone to respond to me via email, twitter, or [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to send me my order asap. They have already taken my money, so I want the things I ordered. They should also stop being so shady and deleting negative comments. If you can't run a business without a ton of negative comments then maybe they shouldn't be in business.

Review: I ordered from Tipsy Elves and the shipment came in with the box taped in a rather rushed manner meaning that the box had tape on it but 1/2 of the box flap was un taped and open. One item was missing so I assumed that it fell out or was taken. I looked up their website and TE does not provide a phone number which is not a good sign at all. I tried to chat with them and found a person who was their customer service person. They admitted that they did not ship the missing item because it was out of stock. Ummm...ok...but when I ordered it it said that it was in stock and now 8 days later it is out of stock but yet you failed to inform the customer that they were going to get an incomplete order? It is also unfair to assume that the customer needs to get online to search for a solution being that the packing slip shows that all 4 items where packed but one is missing. It seems sloppy at best for TE to engage a customer in the manner. TE offered to send a replacement item but they could not send me the item that I wanted due to their mistake of no longer having that selection. Ok...I seat with choosing another item and I asked them to send it too me overnight. They are located in San Diego and I am in Los Angeles. It seemed like no big deal. Custner service said that they would send it overnight and it will arrive in 3 days. Ummmm do we need to redefine what overnight means? I asked them about this and they said that this is what the warehouse told them. Customer Service became rude with one of the "Hey, the warehouse will ship it asap" statements which I am quoting and the conversation ended with this plus to their credit they took 10% off and refunded my shipping costs. All of that was fair but not sending it out overnight for a xmas gift seemed to be missing the point of how xmas gift giving occurs. The lack of phone number and their inability to have a current website and timely delivery system makes me feel as if they want to take as many orders as possible and iDesired Settlement: Pay for overnight shipping with a tracking number and guarantee that the item will arrive the next day. if that is not possible by their standards then we need to purchase new gifts for our staff immediately being that Tuesday which is tomorrow is the last day of work where gifts and bonuses are handed out. It may seem minor to TE but this is the business they are in so it would be wise to be prepared for the holiday rush and the demands that come with it. Demanding that the customer take a great deal of time to try to understand why an item is missing is not reasonable. TE's MUST provide a phone number on their website so that customers can make a call but there is nothing other than an email or chat option. I find those methods less than professional and much negative attitude can be miscommunicated when trying to resolve Customer Service issues when using chat or emails.

Review: I submitted two orders, one on 11/30 and another on 12/4. I paid for express shipping on the 12/4 item. The 11/30 item was supposed to be here 12/3 and the 12/4 order was suppose to be here yesterday. I have called, emailed, used the online form and live chat to get an answer on where my product could be, and if it will get here on time for the occasion I wanted to wear it. I have received NO response to any of my inquiries, though the website says 48 hours. I even called and get forcefully cut off. This is some of the worse customer service I have ever received, I've been charged for my orders and they are both very late. No warning that they were going to be late.Desired Settlement: If my orders are not here by 12/12 I want my money back, including the two day shipping I paid for

Terrible company. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and was told that because of ordering on Black Friday and Cyber Monday things were delayed. That's great and all, but my order was placed BEFORE then. They have no problem charging you for the items but not shipping them out. They have screwed up so badly they can't even keep up with all the complaints. Their Twitter feed is just non-stop people asking where their orders are, they aren't replying to emails and no one can get through over the phone. Huge mistake ordering from them.

They sent me an incomplete order and I can't get through to them to get the complete order or to get a refund on the shirt I didn't receive. Their customer service line just hangs up on me and emails go unreplied. Their return/refund policy indicates 60-day period, but I can't get through to them to get my refund within 60 days. This is very shady.

Review: Ordered my 6 year old daughter a sweater and received a scarf one day before the party she was supposed to wear the sweater to. Called immediately, no response. Tried to instant chat, no response. Emailed many times, no response. Facebook messaged, no response. Will send the scarf back when someone responds and I know I am getting refunded the money for the sweater. I have little faith that I will ever see the money so I suppose I will have a scarf with humping reindeer instead, not exactly appropriate for a 6 year old but funny for me, I suppose. I hoped once Christmas passed and things settled they would attempt to contact me but they did not.Desired Settlement: Refund the money for the sweater or, at very minimum, respond to my MANY attempts to contact them.

I only received one email about an order confirmation, the one that was canceled... Been trying to contact them via phone, email, and social media to no avail. I was told, as per the email that I had an order still in process but I cannot get in contact with anyone to verify this. My thought is that my order was canceled without any explanation. Extremely frustrating!

Review: I placed an order for 3 sweaters on Black Friday. About a week later I reviewed a package in the mail containing 2 sweaters. I had not received shipping notice so I was pleasantly surprised two sweaters had arrived. On December 8th I received an email that all the sweaters were shipped. This was odd considering they all had the same tracking numbers and I only received 2 sweaters not 3. I contacted the company via their email inquiry and have not been contacted at all by the company. I called the company number and was directed to submit an email inquiry again. The standard response is the company will get back to you in 24 hours. This is absolutely false.

I have not been contacted and I have been charged for items I have not received and clearly were never shipped. What is more disappointing is that I will not likely receive my item in time for Christmas when I clearly ordered it in advance... And I am out of the money until someone contacts me back. Review: I placed an online order for a purchase of a men's size medium sweater with black background and colored patches with snowmen on it on Nov 27, 2015, and received a package on or about Dec 5. Before wrapping it Dec 8, I opened the package to remove any billing info, and found I had been sent a women's size extra large red & white sweater with reindeer on it. I immediately tried to call the Tipsy Elves offices, and was unable to make a connection. I tried 3 times, then went online and submitted an email complaint with full details and order info. On Dec 10, I received an email from Tipsy Elves explaining that they had grown so fast and had so many issues that the owners [redacted] and [redacted] were flying to San Diego to deal with the problems - but no info on how or when they would resolve my issue. I have since called three separate times, hearing only a recorded reading of the same extensive email about the problems they've encountered with their sudden unexpected growth, I held for the 15 mins the system keeps call lines active and was disconnected the first time. The second two, I able to leave a voice message after waiting the 15 mins. I then sent another email on Dec 14, and have had no acknowledgement of either voice messages or emails since. Having no information about whether the company plans to refund my money and/or send me the requested item (even though the opportunity to use/give it is now obviously passed for this year), I want to make sure others know about the problems and get my own resolution.Desired Settlement: In this order, I want to 1) get the correct item; 20 get a refund; and in so doing, make sure others know about the problems I've had (so they don't fall into this same product purchase hole. And, finally, I want to ensure that they take accountability for their problems with the Revdex.com.

Perhaps this is how I was meant to provide my update, though I just submitted this via the customer review portal as well.I just received notification that my complaint, filed 12/29/15, was being sent to the company on 1/6/16. The notification included a request to provide an update if I receive the requested adjustment, but did not say how I could easily provide that update tied to my complaint (keeping number off this record in case it ties to personally identifiable info) . I want you to know that I did hear back from Tipsy Elves on 1/4/16, after I sent them my 4th email on 12/29/15 indicating a Revdex.com complaint had been filed. They indicated that a full refund has been processed, and that the item I originally ordered would be shipped to me free of charge. I have yet to see official posting of refund to my credit account, or receive the correct item - but am hopeful both will be accomplished in a timely manner. I will definitely let you know if they do not actually comply with their promises or again send the wrong item! As I believe the inclusion of a factual statement of complaint filed with the Revdex.com was instrumental in getting their attention and a promise of positive resolution, I wanted to thank you!And I do thank you. I wish I had checked Revdex.com before ordering initially, though I agree with one complainant – their items are quite adorable, and seemingly unique – so I might have tried ordering anyway and hoping for the best.[redacted]

I've been getting numerous 5-6, spam emails everyday from Tipsy elves. I've have searched for an unsubscribe button and it's not available. I have had my husband try. I emailed them to remove me and have had no response. I called and it goes to voicemail every time. Horrible company! I would never buy from them again (I purchased something last year). I want the emails to stop!
