Even when I spoke with the customer service rep she asked aloud "why were they able to access your account?" II'm not happy with the runaroundI'm not happy that the supervisor Regina told me she could not do a refund or cancellation and then I had to go through the hassle of calling BorderfreeAttached is the email that Borderfree sent me, stating that YOUR company was the only company able to make a refundI was also told if I wanted to send it back I would have to pay customs and shipping back to the United statesThis is poor customer service and I still do not have an answerI spent an entire evening getting told I needed to call the other companyYou gave me the runaround and are still keeping my moneyThis is not right Regards, [redacted]

Unfortunately, I never saw this message on the website. Why was this never sent to the consumer's email so that they could go through other avenues to get gifts to people? I have looked at the [redacted] and nothing was addressed there eitherWhy would I go back to the website after all means of communication were being ignored. I still do not know what the reason was for this occurrence as this message was not released to the consumers in a way where most could see this, so I'm still in the dark. The items should have been discounted rather than an email sent on 12/with a 40% discount. Basically, you want more money rather than to do the right thing and discount the orders that were promised a delivery by 12/24. There was an email sent on 12/guaranteeing a 12/delivery. This did not happen. Your company has done little to make this right for the many people who were left with no explanation and it appears your company has run into this in the past and nothing has been done. There are still several people who still don't have products as per *** Your company was bought for 1.5B dollars, but still has some sort of issue that stops deliveries, emails and phones? It's time to re-evaluate things as it appears that your customers are not respected. As a person who works in finance, relationships are everything and should be respected. You have dropped the ball and have showed little concern.I will gladly ship the unused items back, though it should be on your dime since YOU made the mistake. I tried to cancel it days before, but the phones were down and all of my email responses were ignored. Once I received the email guaranteeing a delivery by 12/24, I didn't buy anything for the person it was for who is in a different state. They were visiting for the holiday. I have taken this up with my credit card company and will let them resolve this. Thank you for your time, but there are many other companies out there who respect their customers and I will give them my business instead.Best regards,**

I had to call this company 20+ timesSpoke to ***, who's a supervisor and stated that my order would arrive before christmasWhen I told her I didn't need it for Christmas, she said than there shouldn't be a problemAlso had to pay to return these items I didn't want and needed to pay for tracking number, or else they wouldn't refund meI'm out $sending these items back, when they could have just answered the phone and taken care of it asapAlso the supervisor was rude and had the poorest customer service skills I've ever experiencedWhoever I called and spoke with about the 1st refund was awesomeI still feel likeI was cheated and mislead by this company. They alook say to ship it back to Web returns but cannot refund unless there's a tracking number on the return, that the customer paid forEven if they can see the product in their warehouse.
