Good afternoon,I am emailing you on the complaint in the header against Too Faced cosmetics. I have been out of pocket and unable to respond to email.I would like to update this complaint. Too Faced has been great at responses since I have filed this claim. They went out of their way to pick up the item. When this wasn't possible due to travel, they refunded me my full amount while allowing me to keep the product which was never my intention. I am impressed by their desire to resolve this issue.Thank you for your time, * ***
