Unfortunately, I never saw this message on the website. Why was this never sent to the consumer's email so that they could go through other avenues to get gifts to people? I have looked at the ** *** and nothing was addressed there eitherWhy would I go back to the website after all means of communication were being ignored. I still do not know what the reason was for this occurrence as this message was not released to the consumers in a way where most could see this, so I'm still in the dark. The items should have been discounted rather than an email sent on 12/with a 40% discount. Basically, you want more money rather than to do the right thing and discount the orders that were promised a delivery by 12/24. There was an email sent on 12/guaranteeing a 12/delivery. This did not happen. Your company has done little to make this right for the many people who were left with no explanation and it appears your company has run into this in the past and nothing has been done. There are still several people who still don't have products as per *** Your company was bought for 1.5B dollars, but still has some sort of issue that stops deliveries, emails and phones? It's time to re-evaluate things as it appears that your customers are not respected. As a person who works in finance, relationships are everything and should be respected. You have dropped the ball and have showed little concern.I will gladly ship the unused items back, though it should be on your dime since YOU made the mistake. I tried to cancel it days before, but the phones were down and all of my email responses were ignored. Once I received the email guaranteeing a delivery by 12/24, I didn't buy anything for the person it was for who is in a different state. They were visiting for the holiday. I have taken this up with my credit card company and will let them resolve this. Thank you for your time, but there are many other companies out there who respect their customers and I will give them my business instead.Best regards,**

Thank you for contacting Too Faced CosmeticsWe looked into this for you and it shows your package was weighed at our warehouse and then independently weighed by FedEx showing a weight of pounds, meaning your items were inside when it was dispatchedDid the box come damaged, ripped, etc.? If so,
please provide me with photos of the damageIf your box came in tact, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (or the mail forwarding company you shipped this to) as all items were inside when it left our warehouse.Thank you

I can understand that your company sent a notification out regarding the shipping delays, however the larger issue is that I made multiple attempts to reach your company to cancel the order and could not reach anyone in order to do soI made multiple calls and each time there was an absurd and unreasonable wait time I sent an email to cancel the order and have yet to receive a reply to the original email requesting the order be cancelled All I am asking is that I don't have to pay out of pocket to return products on an order that I physically could NOT cancel myself
