I had to call this company 20+ timesSpoke to ***, who's a supervisor and stated that my order would arrive before christmasWhen I told her I didn't need it for Christmas, she said than there shouldn't be a problemAlso had to pay to return these items I didn't want and needed to pay for tracking number, or else they wouldn't refund meI'm out $sending these items back, when they could have just answered the phone and taken care of it asapAlso the supervisor was rude and had the poorest customer service skills I've ever experiencedWhoever I called and spoke with about the 1st refund was awesomeI still feel likeI was cheated and mislead by this company. They alook say to ship it back to Web returns but cannot refund unless there's a tracking number on the return, that the customer paid forEven if they can see the product in their warehouse.

The company finally sent out my products but this
was what after I had to make it public on all social media's including their ***, ***, *** and they blocked me on *** for days mind you, so I was forced to reach out to them publicly in order to get the companies attention to get my money back but I would prefer my order they owed meI had to not only file a claim with my bank to get my money bank since they didn't want to ship my products out but I had to come to the Revdex.com in order to get a response and they waited a very long time to respond until they could cover themselves that they actually took care of the matter and gave me my merchandiseSo I accept the business offer because they finally took care of itI warn if you wish to shop with Too Faced Cosmetics you are at risk of not getting your merchandise, wrong orders as was my case, they may not honor their word of what they originally tell you and put you through a long hassle, and they may try to keep your money and not ship out merchandiseI thank God for the Revdex.com, my bank claims department and social media that helped me get my case solved but this is extreme measures and many others have still not received their merchandise yet from before Christmas on Dec when the peach palette re-launch came outTheir products are good but customer service is no where to be found and so is their phone lines that block you out or keep you on so long you can't reach anyone and you maybe stuck with no contact to dispute or fix an orderOnce again you may never receive your order definitely not on time or at all or it maybe mixed up due to mishandling in the packaging department where orders are taken and ready to be shipped as was my case I got nothing I ordered the first time and they wanted me to keep the wrong order the first time just so after they told me that and I gave the merchandise away as a gift, they wanted me to ship it back after they told me to keep the first order that was messed up and I wouldn't get my order as long as I didn't ship the items they gave to me that I didn't have anymoreThey broke their word and tried to screw me the customer who did nothing on it for their wrongsI want to shop with them again but only will I do so if the merchandise is on discount or gifts given with purchase or something to show they appreciate their customers because its not worth the hassle of dealing with them for basic shopping because I can get better service with their products at *** or *** and shipped faster and customer service will be quick and easyBuyer Beware...Great products but crappy customer service and inside product management and shipment..you buy at your own risk but don't let them stiff you on your orders eitherMake complaints and let it be known they need to honor their services if you buy their products and they mess up.
