Thank you for contacting Too Faced CosmeticsWe looked into this for you and it shows your package was weighed at our warehouse and then independently weighed by FedEx showing a weight of pounds, meaning your items were inside when it was dispatchedDid the box come damaged, ripped, etc.? If so,
please provide me with photos of the damageIf your box came in tact, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (or the mail forwarding company you shipped this to) as all items were inside when it left our warehouse.Thank you

Good afternoon,I am emailing you on the complaint in the header against Too Faced cosmetics.? I have been out of pocket and unable to respond to email.I would like to update this complaint.? Too Faced has been great at responses since I have filed this claim.? They went out of their way to pick up the item.? When this wasn't possible due to travel, they refunded me my full amount while allowing me to keep the product which was never my intention.? I am impressed by their desire to resolve this issue.Thank you for your time,? * ***

My issue is mainly that both businesses had access to my bank accountWhy did I authorize Borderfree if toofaced was the company making the withdrawal? Even when I spoke with the customer service rep she asked aloud "why were they able to access your account?"? II'm not happy with the runaroundI'm not happy that the supervisor Regina told me she could not do a refund or cancellation and then I had to go through the hassle of calling BorderfreeAttached is the email that Borderfree sent me, stating that YOUR company was the only company able to make a refundI was also told if I wanted to send it back I would have to pay customs and shipping back to the United statesThis is poor customer service and I still do not have an answerI spent an entire evening getting told I needed to call the other companyYou gave me the runaround and are still keeping my moneyThis is not right.?

It's January the 9th and I haven't received anything and the site still says that my order is processing(Pic attached)I don't have the product , I would like to receive it or my money however?

I started contacting you on the 19th and I didn't hear a response back for over a weekI guarantee you my order had not gone to processing before the 19th when I began requesting my order to be cancelledYou just didn't want to cancel itI'm very dissatisfied with your company's alleged customer service and will never purchase from you again
