I feel the only reason I got my things after that was because I sent a complaint to the Revdex.com. also you sent a 40% off coupon code. now after this why would I wish to shop with you again after you did not even keep your word on the email you sent out. also you say delays on your website. I went from the email I was sent from your site saying I would have my things under my  tree by Dec. 24. and that did not happen.[redacted]

This is not our choice; it is just how credit accounts work. If this happens, you may find funds deducted from your account for a few days. These funds are held by your bank or credit card provider and we never receive them. When the bank sees that no purchase was made, the funds will be made available again to you. [ This statement is less than what was provided to the general customers who had ordered with me. This complaint was filed prior to receiving my order. Upon receiving my order, the package was damage. I tried to reach out to Too Faced regarding this and still have not been able to get a response. The company failed to fulfill their promise in order processing. The company has failed to maintain open lines of communication and the company has failed to provide a quality undamaged product. I should not be in a position that I must contact a 3rd party to get a response, and if the customer feels the issue is severe enough to warrant the help of the Revdex.com, said company should probably act in a more empathetic manner and muster even a small bit of concern that someone who has literally spent more than a THOUSAND dollars on their product since JUNE is dissatisfied. This company has made no attempt to earn my trust again, has made no reparations for their flaw and are minimizing its effects. All they HAVE done is repeatedly spam my email asking me to spend more of my hard earned money on their product. REPAIR THE RELATIONSHIP FIRST, THEN ENTICE ME TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU!]

Unfortunately, I never saw this message on the website.  Why was this never sent to the consumer's email so that they could go through other avenues to get gifts to people?  I have looked at the [redacted] and nothing was addressed there either. Why would I go back to the website after all means of communication were being ignored.  I still do not know what the reason was for this occurrence as this message was not released to the consumers in a way where most could see this, so I'm still in the dark.  The items should have been discounted rather than an email sent on 12/30 with a 40% discount.  Basically, you want more money rather than to do the right thing and discount the orders that were promised a delivery by 12/24.  There was an email sent on 12/22 guaranteeing a 12/24 delivery.  This did not happen.  Your company has done little to make this right for the many people who were left with no explanation and it appears your company has run into this in the past and nothing has been done.  There are still several people who still don't have products as per [redacted]  Your company was bought for 1.5B dollars, but still has some sort of issue that stops deliveries, emails and phones?  It's time to re-evaluate things as it appears that your customers are not respected.  As a person who works in finance, relationships are everything and should be respected.  You have dropped the ball and have showed little concern.I will gladly ship the unused items back, though it should be on your dime since YOU made the mistake.  I tried to cancel it days before, but the phones were down and all of my email responses were ignored.  Once I received the email guaranteeing a delivery by 12/24, I didn't buy anything for the person it was for who is in a different state.  They were visiting for the holiday.  I have taken this up with my credit card company and will let them resolve this.  Thank you for your time, but there are many other companies out there who respect their customers and I will give them my business instead.Best regards,**
