[ This statement is less than what was provided to the general customers who had ordered with meThis complaint was filed prior to receiving my orderUpon receiving my order, the package was damageI tried to reach out to Too Faced regarding this and still have not been able to get a responseThe company failed to fulfill their promise in order processingThe company has failed to maintain open lines of communication and the company has failed to provide a quality undamaged productI should not be in a position that I must contact a 3rd party to get a response, and if the customer feels the issue is severe enough to warrant the help of the Revdex.com, said company should probably act in a more empathetic manner and muster even a small bit of concern that someone who has literally spent more than a THOUSAND dollars on their product since JUNE is dissatisfiedThis company has made no attempt to earn my trust again, has made no reparations for their flaw and are minimizing its effectsAll they HAVE done is repeatedly spam my email asking me to spend more of my hard earned money on their productREPAIR THE RELATIONSHIP FIRST, THEN ENTICE ME TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU!]

I can understand that your company sent a notification out regarding the shipping delays, however the larger issue is that I made multiple attempts to reach your company to cancel the order and could not reach anyone in order to do so. I made multiple calls and each time there was an absurd and unreasonable wait time.  I sent an email to cancel the order and have yet to receive a reply to the original email requesting the order be cancelled.  All I am asking is that I don't have to pay out of pocket to return products on an order that I physically could NOT cancel myself.
