Hi [redacted],Please do be aware it is not us at TopCashback that approves and declines missing cashback claims, once a claim is lodged this is submitted to a network, the network then reviews the missing cashback claims and gets back to us with an approved or declined resolution, if approved the cashback is passed onto us and we then pass this onto our members in full (we do not keep a percentage of the cashback like other sites do), if declined a declined reason is provided and we are not allocated any cashback.We understand this is disappointing, however we do advise that coupon/promotional codes are not used when making a purchase as this can cause claims to decline, this is mentioned on every merchant page on site.Thank you,TopCashback Support.

Hi [redacted],Having looked at your TopCashback account we can see that since joining our site in 2014 you have made over 400 clicks from our site to different merchant that we advertise, from time to time cashback will go untracked as this is inevitable, when this happens a missing cashback claim is required, the claims team work to recover any missing cashback, they do this by working with a series of affiliate networks, the networks review the missing cashback claims and get back to the claims team with either an approved or declined resolution, if approved the cashback is passed onto us from the network and we then pay this to our members in full (we do not keep a percentage of the cashback like other cashback sites do), if the claim returns declined a declined reason is provided and we are not allocated with any cashback.I can see you have had 3 out of 7 missing cashback claims declined for the reason 'another marketing channel', this declined reason is provided if other entities, such as pop up windows, previous stored cookies become linked instead of TopCashback, or if a coupon/promotional code is used when purchasing.We do state on every merchant page in the Terms and Conditions that cashback is not guaranteed, we do advise members to read all T's & C's on the merchants page before making a purchase.If you do have any cashback that has not tracked to your account please do lodge missing cashback claims for these.Thank you,TopCashback Support.

Hi there,As you have mentioned you used a coupon code that was listed on Officedepot this will be more than likely the reason your claim has been declined, we explained to you on your claim that using non affiliate coupon codes will cause missing cashback claims to decline, it is also mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on every merchant page on site that you will not be eligible for cashback if you used a coupon or promotional code not approved and posted by TopCashback.Thank you,TopCashback Support.

I am rejecting this response because:The responses from your customer service were not helpful at all.I initially request the card on March 1, website says, it was shipped on March 3rd, this is the first one, not received.On March 23, I was told the replacement card was shipped and I will receive it by April 9, second one, not received.On April 14, told me again the replacement card shipped, this should be the third one, however, your customer service wrote me back on April 15 said"This second card has now processed and we would expect you to receive this within the standard delivery time of 10-14 days"May I ask, how many cards have you really shipped? it seems like none to me, you lost my trust.
