We worked with Sou C [redacted] to trade in our pre-owned RAV for a new modelFrom start to finish, the experience was fun and stress free - no "salesman" gimmicksSou was knowledgable and personable, never rushing us and always happy to answer questionsThe "negotiation" was just an honest discussion about our needs and what the dealership could doWe were in an out in ours with a tradeal and beautiful new carWe will always come to Gladstone Toyota for our car needsThank you Sou!!

I have been in personal contact with [redacted] to assist in getting the $for Tire and Wheel Warranty credited to her Wells Fargo Account Please see attached the two checks The first check dated 11/30/was never processed by Wells Fargo Bank so we had to cancel and reissue a new check which is dated 12/19/ This second check was hand delivered to Wells Fargo in Lake Oswego on Monday 12/19/ The check will take a couple of days to post to [redacted] ’s account We had Wells Fargo place a phone call directly to [redacted] that they had received the new check from Toyota of Gladstone [redacted] relayed to use via email that the bank had contacted her saying they were in receipt of the payment This matter should be resolved ,and I let [redacted] know to contact me personally if there are any other concerns David E [redacted] General Manager Toyota of Gladstone [redacted] direct 503-722-office
