On 8/31/I went to Toyota of Gladstone to explore the options I had regarding a *** ** I leased from them almost years agoI was not provided with any information regarding any possible options I had regarding the leased vehicleI was pressured in to test driving and eventually signing into a contract for an *** **While in the office with the finance person, he locked the door, which also made me very uncomfortableI returned to the dealership the next day to explain my concerns with both the actual purchase and the hard sales tactics used to pressure me in to the dealDespite the poor customer service when I returned to the dealership, I was actually still willing to purchase the vehicle but after speaking with Sales managers (both over the phone and in person), then being told by one of the sales managers, David C***,, in our final meeting at the dealership, that a deal would not be possible and Toyota of Gladstone would "unwind" the dealHe had actually told me over

I have been waiting for nearly month for my license platesSo, this all started March 13th I purchased a car from this dealership and they did a plate transfer and kept my platesI was told that the plates will be mailed to meI called the dealership weeks later and they admitted to losing the platesAnd the title clerk says they would te order themI called the dmv a week later and was told no such request has been transmittedI called Gladstone’s title clerk again and she says they didn’t order my plates since they were still looking for themI told her that I no longer wanted the old plates as I was dear ful that they got into the wrong handsShe agreed and says that they would order brand new platesI called DMV today and the request still hasn’t been submitted
