We had a great experience buying a new, Toyota RAVHybrid at Toyota of Gladstone We requested quotes via Consumer Reports and received quotes from local dealerships After a bit of back and forth, Seth from Toyota Gladstone offered us the best written quote Stephanie was a wonderful and not at all aggressive salesperson, Seth met us at the door and made sure we were taken care of The only gripe we had was that we had to listen to a sales pitch about a protective coating, which would have added over $1,to price of vehicle, even though we were very clear we didn't want it Also, the finance person tried to upsale us on the warranty Otherwise, everyone was great, there was no haggling over the price and Stephanie gave us adequate time to drive both and models before we decided on which seemed best for us
