I would like to thank the Staff at Toyota of Gladstone for the Exceptional Service provided this past weekI went in solely to test drive the new C-HR after seeing a few around town I was met by Chang who was friendly and happy to show all the specs of this new model We took a test drive and I knew I wanted a C-HR but was disappointed that leather interior wasn't an offered option I continued to work with Chang and Chris who showed me all the possibilities and helped arrange for after-market leather interiorSammy, the manager continued to sweeten the offer until I couldn't walk awayThe Sales Manager Rodolfo prepared the documents, explained them in lay terms and didn't push to sell me more than I wantedHe was amazingly quick and comfortable to work withI returned the following day to pick up my new C-HR washed, detailed and ready to go! It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Toyota of Gladstone to others!

When I purchased my used Chevy Tahoe from Toyota of Gladstone on 8/3/16, Muhhamad K***, the finance manager I was working with, hid a Tire and Wheel Warranty for $in the original purchase of the vehicle, which was paid for through my loan with Wells Fargo Dealer ServicesWhen I realized this a couple of days later, I contacted MrK*** to discuss the situation and ultimately cancel the warrantyI was told by MrK*** to contact the warranty company, SafeGuard, and cancel itWhen I contacted SafeGuard to cancel the policy, I was informed that the dealership had not sent over the contract and they cannot locate a warranty in my nameThey also told me that the dealership needs to send over the contract and also a cancellation notice to "flat cancel" the Tire and Wheel WarrantyThey advised that I cannot initiate the cancellationI had spoken with MrK*** many times and he kept promising that he will take care of itAfter no response, I contacted my cousin who works at ano
