I have been in personal contact with [redacted] to assist in getting the $795.00 for Tire and Wheel Warranty credited to her Wells Fargo Account. Please see attached the two checks. The first check dated 11/30/2016 was never processed by Wells Fargo Bank so we had to cancel and...
reissue a new check which is dated 12/19/2016. This second check was hand delivered to Wells Fargo in Lake Oswego on Monday 12/19/2016. The check will take a couple of days to post to [redacted]’s account. We had Wells Fargo place a phone call directly to [redacted] that they had received the new check from Toyota of Gladstone. [redacted] relayed to use via email that the bank had contacted her saying they were in receipt of the payment. This matter should be resolved ,and I let [redacted] know to contact me personally if there are any other concerns.
