I called to get my car scheduled for a diagnostic, they were able to get me in the next day
Steven, my service adviser kept me in the loop and notified me right away when I wasn't able to get my car back the same dayHe went above and beyond to get me a rental and kept in touch to make sure I got it and was ok
The next day he promptly called to let me pick up my car
I would definitely use Gladstone Toyota again
This dealership is slashing MSRP prices on their website but not discounting vehicles, in fact they are charging plus dollars fro a green package that they are adding to the price of the car/truckI asked for a E-price and was called immediately and was told the slashed out Msrp was because they add more on topTo any consumer a slashed out price means a discount

On 8/31/I went to Toyota of Gladstone to explore the options I had regarding a *** ** I leased from them almost years agoI was not provided with any information regarding any possible options I had regarding the leased vehicleI was pressured in to test driving and eventually signing into a contract for an *** **While in the office with the finance person, he locked the door, which also made me very uncomfortableI returned to the dealership the next day to explain my concerns with both the actual purchase and the hard sales tactics used to pressure me in to the dealDespite the poor customer service when I returned to the dealership, I was actually still willing to purchase the vehicle but after speaking with Sales managers (both over the phone and in person), then being told by one of the sales managers, David C***,, in our final meeting at the dealership, that a deal would not be possible and Toyota of Gladstone would "unwind" the dealHe had actually told me over
