Regarding the complaint below, Matel Property Management requires all adults to complete an application with a credit report reviewDuring the processing of the application it was discovered that the applicant had pets that hadn’t been disclosed to the ownerThe owner directed us to relay to the applicant that an additional pet deposit would be requiredThe applicant declined the requirement of the additional said pet depositUpon notification that the additional pet deposit wasn’t acceptable , we exposed the property to the open market and acquired another tenantMatel Property Management

I placed an order on Cyber Monday, it is now 12/and I have had to call for the third time because they are still having an issue getting my order to meTimeline Cyber Monday I ordered items, by Dec I had on item, one week goes by I email because only one piece has shipped and I received no other shipment emails They have no record of my order, I called, apparently there was a glitch in there system they are going to re ship, a week goes by...no movement on the tracking numberI call again...very sorry we will ship because that order never shipped....Ok....next day items ship....email comes item has been cancelled....WHAT?..I call AGAIN....not sure why that happened we will re ship....that was today December Probably won't get anything this company is awful!!!!!!
