fye.com offers a program where you can sell them used movies etcOn their website they say they will reimburse shipping to what their costs would beThey reimbursed $for shipping that cost me over $There is no company or service that will ship lbs of movies for $This is part of their scam to make higher margins on the movies they already pay you pennies on the value forIf I knew they LIED on their website I would of never mailed in the moviesAlthough I checked "no" in your retired box, I am a disabled veteran and will gladly use my network to spread the word of their poor business practices

Last summer, my fiance and I each bought an FYE Backstage pass for $apiece ($total) at a rock festivalThe receipt claims the [redacted]  location, the festival was in WIWhen we mentioned that there are no FYE stores near us, we were informed that we could activate and use them onlineThis proved to be untrueAfter being unable to activate either of our cards online, we called and emailed FYE/TWECI don't have the date of the first call, but the first email was on 1/18/Their response was that they needed to be activated in storeI responded back that there are no stores anywhere near us, and we have never heard back since Our card numbers are [redacted]  and [redacted]

I have been charged for magazine subscriptions multiple times after cancelling my F.Y.E backstage subscription. Not only did I cancel my subscription only days after making an account, I deleted it twice because the first time did not work. I then proceeded to delete my account, so how is it POSSIBLE that I am still being charged for unwanted magazines? Since my account is no longer active I cannot cancel the subscription, again, and have been charged $24.99 for this month. Looking back at my back statement I have found I was charged $59.90 for what is filed under TME URU83W PEOPLE 855 239 8684 [redacted] NY, and then 8/23 I was charged $10.17 . This is completely unethical and I am shocked this company is not shut down for stealing money and continuing to charge customers for unwanted products. Not only unwanted but an outrageous difference of price ranges. How on earth was I charged that much for people magazine?

I was persuaded to get an FYE discount cardI was never told my credit card would be charged a fee after days until my transaction was completeI tried to call the number on the back of the card to cancel right away and I got a recording telling me to call information to find the right phone numberWhen I called the FYE store at the [redacted] Mall the manager told me he could not help meI went on the web site however, I had to create an account to cancel my membershipI still have not receive an email confirming the cancellation

I have only been to this store onceI bought a couple postersThe guy asked me if I wanted to be a VIP I said no I don't come here enoughHe asked if I wanted to save money I said sureI dont really look at statements but I just did and I see money being pulled out of my account from them after I said no I did not want itI called and they said that when the guy put the discount on it automatically enrolled me into the vipI did not want this serviceI do not go to this store

After a purchase at FYE in the Eastgate mall, I discovered that I had been signed up for a VIP Service using my credit card information I do not recall agreeing to any such service and I always turn down such offers They have been routinely charging my checking account for the past six months The charge was small enough not to notice

This is about the FYE.com business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They always have promos online, so they have the best prices on the internet. However, they make so many mistakes on orders that it's not worth it. I've made about 10 orders with this company. I've received exactly 1 order that was mistake free. They shrink wrap cds/dvds that look like they have been used as coasters and sell them as new. They mislabel movies and will send you the completely wrong item. The biggest problem here is when you return things to them, they will NOT ever refund your purchase. They have no customer service phone number, and they will ignore your emails or just flat out act oblivious. I've returned 2 orders, it's been about a month since they have received both. I've received no refund and they have just stopped replying to my emails. I've had to file 2 bank charge backs, which I absolutely hate to do, to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE. They have the best prices, but when they mess up your order, be prepared for a fight to get your money back.

On September at the Arundel Mills FYE store upon checkout the cashier said that if I gave her my email address that I would save 10% and get a free membership to Backstage Pass Checking my bank statements I see that I have been charged $for the past three months for a service I didn't sign up for or agree to I called your customer service but they said I couldn't get a refund because the day trial period was over and I didn't request it to be cancelled I never signed up in the first place so how would I know to cancel something?
