The FYE store provided incomplete and misinformation regarded a trial subscription I was registered for todayThey provided a magazine subscription without first notifying me what it wasIt was actually pitched to me as a survey regarding what magazines I would prefer to have in the store instead of a subscription service that I must cancel within two months to avoid being chargedThe store used my information and purchases that day in order to obtain billing information for a service that I was deceived into subscribing to

In August I made a perches at the F.Y.E in Salmon Run mall in Watertown, NYOn SEP my back statement showed a payment to F.Y.E Back Stage VIP PassI did not sign up for this service but was signed up for it without my knowledgeAfter calling the customer service line I finally was able to get them to cancel this membership after several attempts from them to try and solicit me to keep this membership

FYE Incbilled me twice and refuses to put the order through

We signed up for Fye's discount programThe trial period and fees were not disclosed by the cashier
After the trial period the monthly charge is $was deducted from out bank account each monthWe have called them more than once to cancel the membershipThe last time we called was on 5/30/They said it was cancelledToday, we just got hit with another $fee(6/27/17)
We would like all monthly fees refunded

They signed me up for what I was told was a 100% free rewards program Apparently they stole my credit card information from the purchase I made (which also means they are storing and holding on to people's card information) and charged me a month later On their facebook page, there are countless people with the same experience This is a scam and credit card fraud and they need to be stopped After looking online it seems this has been an ongoing scam for years now that even culminated in a class action lawsuit against them from what I understand, yet they continue doing it

I made an online order at *** for CD's on August 23, After checking my order status for two weeks and not seeing any movement or progress with the order I decided to contact them via email to find out what was going onI was contacted back by someone named "Nicole" and was told they were still processing the orderI messaged her back and told her that weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to "process an order" and that I would like a refundShe told me that they do not give refunds for online orders once they've been placedI emailed her numerous times for another week and she just kept giving me the run around basically telling me the same thing over and over that they were "processing the order." I went back to their website to check the order status once again and to my surprise I got the following message"Sorry this order number, email or postal code does not match our recordsCheck your records and try again." Now there is no record of an actual ord

I was looking for a trade in for some items I didn't need anymoreI input the bar code in the comparison site and second spin was offering more for the itemsSo okay, I never heard of this site before and I would give them a tryI placed the order on November 15, and here's the order details:

I send this on the 30th of November with tracking information and it was delivered on December 4th, I have emailed them on the 8th with a screenshot of my package being delivered, they said they would contact me and get back to me regarding my orderIts now the 18th and there's no new information about my trade in, I'm getting tired of contacting them and getting the same replyI need to be pa

I am taking the time out of my business schedule to report unlawful business practices being conducted at this location by an employee while being watched by who it seem like the store manager
As I regular customer of F.Y.Eand also after have visited many other locations in the USThis behavior not only sickens me but it is unlawfulAfter picking up a couple of items to purchase and beginning to cash out, the employee James (***) proceeded to tell me that he was going to enroll me into the "VIP program"
Immediately I asked him if it was free, to which be answered, "Oh! absolutely free!" and then moved on on how he was going to give me a discount on my purchase and how I can get money back by just dining outI asked him again if it was free and if there was any commitments attached to it, which he responded quickly: "No, absolutely not, its free" and then requested for my I.Dto finish up my enrollment

Went in the store made a purchaseWhile I was checking out they offered me a free discount cardSince then I have had taken out of my bank account for the discount card and they also signed me up for a subscription to people magazine for $66.without my knowledge I did call a number about the magazine subscription and they cancelled and are suppose to refund the $ I have cancelled the vip pass discount card but did not get my back

I have read the response from the business We did not receive any pamphlet at time of check out , we were not offered any membership other than that of a frequent shopper rewards card., which we turned down as we do not shop there often As to them not being able to find a membership, wellwe find it odd that they were charging us $a month for months for a membership they could not find We did get a phone message on our home phone, but we did not respond as we already canceled the credit card that they were charging the membership to, and did not wish to deal with them any further According to what we saw online about this company, it appears that they have been involved in this deceptive practice for some time, and all over the country Ours is not an isolated incident.* ***

I did do the VIP Backstage Pass, but later tried to cancel the productAfter making several calls to FYE, and dodging all there sales tactics to purchase more productsThey supposedly canceled everything Apparently not, they only stopped the FYE charge on my accountI no longer wanted the VIP Backstage Pass or the Magazine SubscriptionI am still being charged annually for the magazine subscription even after I specifically notified that I no longer want their productI contacted my bank and they gave me a phone # to contactIt's completely automated and can't speak to an actual personI was giving the details about Trans World EntertainmentI've been consistently calling their Customer Care Department, but oddly during business hours of 8AM to 5PM - they are unavailable to take my callI've even emailed the Chief Financial Officer twice and Called his direct line and no responseI just want my refund and to no longer have this subscriptionIt's been a royal pain more tha

Thank you for allowing us to respond to this issue. Ms*** enrolled in our membership program at one of our stores on October 7th, 2017. The membership was cancelled on December 26th, 2017. The customer will receive two refunds of $each back to her debit/credit card.
The refund can take a few billing cycles to process depending on the financial institution (bank or credit card company). Thank you

In March I was with my family shopping at a FYE store in *** NJ The store clerk offered me 10% off if we joined the FYE loyalty program When I asked what it required she said only an email account I just noticed that FYE has been charging me a month since May to be a member of the loyalty program I was never advised that there was a fee and was never given any benefits for the fee I believe they are intentionally misrepresenting the program at the point of sale to dupe customers into paying a monthly fee hoping they won't notice the charges This constitutes fraud

On January 16, I submitted online documentation to be provided with a quote of home much I would be reimbursed for shipping dvd to FYE's online outfit I was provided a quote on the guaranteed pay out amount for each dvd provided it was accepted Additionally the policy stated that if if or more of the items I traded in were accepted that Io would be reimbursed for a shipping credit in the amount of $ The original estimate I received for all the dvd I submitted for an estimated quote was a pay out of $plus $in shipping This estimate was generated under Order No***
