I just cancelled my service with FYE VIP BACKSTAGE PASS as I was unaware of what kind of service this was Honestly thought it was a free discount service for just being added to the email list for coupons and such Was informed about the program while on a busy line trying to pay for my kids cds...was told to sign up for the email list and I would receive coupons for future purchases I signed up not knowing the full details...silly of me, but I was just tying to get out of the store Low and behold I’m now receiving an $reoccurring charge on my debit card...I never authorized this...they pulled my card number when I purchased the items I was able to cancel today, but instead of a refund for a service never used their representative tried to have me downgrade to a $a month service fee for a service which is unbelievably unclear and misleading Again I reiterated that I wanted to cancel that’s when he quickly changed his tune and shot off a cancellation # for the chang

The whole FYE company scammed me with some VIP card that I never signed up for amd the last time I shopped there was more than a year ago and since then I have been getting charged a month and they will only give me back months worth of it backThey said I agreed to the terms which I never didTheir employees take your info and do it themselves while you are not looking and then you end up getting charged for a service you will never use

Fraud - I have called my Credit Card Company and issued a Fraud on these payments that have started since 12/ I was in an FYE store, and bought some items My card was then charged 1/months later into their card services for $ I was charged $each month for a service illegally They 1) Never asked me to join and I wouldn't have since it cost money, 2) They illegally entered me into this contract, 3) When you are signed up, you should receive a VIP Card, which I did not get because they signed me up illegally (thus, there is no Card # to reference, so you cannot contact Customer Service of FYE for help), 4) They stored my Credit Card for 1/months just so they could charge it to look good for their boss/business/etc (it doesn't matter why they did it, it was still illegal) They charged me as Fye Fye Bsp, Fye, Fye Bsp Vip, Fye (again), Fye Bsp Vip (again), and finally as Tig Fye Vip for $for over years, for Fraudulent Charges

They cancelled the order on me, and then in the email it said, "If you paid using PayPal or a gift card, please forward this email to *** and request either a refund to the payment method used or a credit to your *** account."
I haven't gotten an email back from them yet but why should I have to email them to request a refund if they cancelled the order? They cancelled the whole order and yet I only received a refund for the shipping, not the whole itemAs per the email, you cancelled the order and if you're not sending me the product, I want my money backI don't think that's too much to ask for

This is about the FYE.com businessDO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey always have promos online, so they have the best prices on the internetHowever, they make so many mistakes on orders that it's not worth itI've made about orders with this companyI've received exactly order that was mistake freeThey shrink wrap cds/dvds that look like they have been used as coasters and sell them as newThey mislabel movies and will send you the completely wrong itemThe biggest problem here is when you return things to them, they will NOT ever refund your purchaseThey have no customer service phone number, and they will ignore your emails or just flat out act obliviousI've returned orders, it's been about a month since they have received bothI've received no refund and they have just stopped replying to my emailsI've had to file bank charge backs, which I absolutely hate to do, to get my money backBUYER BEWAREThey have the best prices, but when they mess up your order, be prepared for a fight to get your money back

I bought a Christmas gift from FYE in the Viewmont mall for a gift exchange two years ago and was unknowingly signed up for their 'FYE Backstage Pass' program without my consentThe cashier never mentioned the terms of this program nor that I was being signed up for itThis is very much fraud and I never consented to sign up, the cashier had me sign my receipt in a very rushed crowd and did not say a word about the fact that I was being put into this obvious scam of a program

During my sale transaction, the clerk offered me a rewards card He did not mention they would charge me $monthly and automatically from the card I paid with during my sale transaction I never received a statement from FYE, I simply discovered these charges on my account for the past several months This is very dishonest business practice Furrher inquiry online, I see this has happened to many people

I ordered an item online that was "in stock." A few days later I received an email indicating my order was delayed and will arrive in 2-days I reached out to customer service about one week later as no item was received Customer service shifted blame and said I "pre-ordered" the item that was subject to delivery change when I did not I was given a new delivery date about one month later I let another week pass after the new date and still no item I had to reach out to customer service who again gave me another delivery date in another month The item was available through other retailers at that point and was also available when I made the original purchase Funds were taken from my account when the order was first made and my money was basically being held hostage while I had no product Little to no effort to communicate about the delays was made on the retailers end and and I had to initiate everything Customer service was rude throughout the experience and took little responsibility I cancelled the order and gratefully my money was refunded with no issues

Fye runs a rewards service called F.Y.E Backstage Pass VIP which save you a total of 10% off your order plus some mail in rebates that aren't worth the time to go throughLike some Companies like *** they charge for the card, but unlike *** who charges only around $for a one time annually fee that can only be payed for in store and comes with a years subscription to there magazine include, FYE charges $every month with nothing but cheap mail in rebateBut the worst part is how they sell it to youThey will ask you if you want to sign up for a free 30-day trial and if you say yes they ask to use a credit or debit card to be used for it saying it helps with verification (which is what the employee says to me when I asked) and they added it to you cart and when you finally ring out they say the only way you can cancel it by phone, which I didn't care because I thought it was a one time dealAs time when on I forgot about it only using the card twice since purchase

The store associates are instructed to give out the materials and explain the programs to customers. This concern is being addressed with the store personnel by their supervisor. The reimbursement to Ms*** took place on 11-6-2017, for two credits of $11.99.
