My wife had made a purchase at this store back in May for our sons friend At the time of checkout she was asked if she wished to join the backstage pass program She had advised the checkout person that she was not interested and declined After recently performing a review of our credit cards, we have been charged $each month since June After contacting customer care to complain that we have been charged for this program without our consent and wish to have all previous charges credited, the person tried to lower the monthly fee to $ I explained I want this cancelled immediately and the unauthorized charges credited back I had asked to speak with someone in corporate to advise them of these unethical business practices I was denied that request Only after I mentioned that I would file a complaint with consumer affairs was an offer extended to me for a one time month courtesy credit Two days later a one month credit posted to my credit card I am requesting a credit of the remaining monthly unauthorized charges

I was fraudulently signed up for a subscription that cost $per monthI never signed up for any such thing, and the customer service reps at FYE have been unable to explain how or where I supposedly signed up and authorized paymentsWeeks ago I was promised a full refund of $479.60, but I have yet to receive itI have called times, spoken with different people, and emailed with another peopleThat is a total of people, and each person gives me the run-aroundI get a different excuse from each person I talk toThey all promise the refund is coming, if I only just keep waitingAnn Baker in particular refuses to take my calls, and she transfers me to voicemails where she assures me that someone will get back to me in about business daysToday I was finally transferred to Trisha ***, who actually seems to know what she's doingShe said that no one on their end entered the refund, meaning that the last people I spoke to lied to me when they said that it was

After a purchase at FYE in the Eastgate mall, I discovered that I had been signed up for a VIP Service using my credit card information I do not recall agreeing to any such service and I always turn down such offers They have been routinely charging my checking account for the past six months The charge was small enough not to notice

On 11/7/I purchased CD's from this storeI have since been getting billed $per month for some service called "Bakstage Pass Vip" that I never intentionally .signed up forAt the least this is a deceptive practice as there was never any discussion of this service as I would have never accepted this offer if it was ever presentedAt worst it is an intentional scam to get additional profit
I would expect to receive a refund of all these fraudulent charges aginst my Visa accountNormally I would have caught this earlier but this has been an exceptually busy year for me>
Can you help?
Also I would ultimately like to see a stop to this practice so others will not scammed like me

I bought a Christmas gift from FYE in the Viewmont mall for a gift exchange two years ago and was unknowingly signed up for their 'FYE Backstage Pass' program without my consentThe cashier never mentioned the terms of this program nor that I was being signed up for itThis is very much fraud and I never consented to sign up, the cashier had me sign my receipt in a very rushed crowd and did not say a word about the fact that I was being put into this obvious scam of a program

I have repeatedly spoken to the designated department to cancel my VIP backstage pass membership for FYEDespite my numerous attempts, they continually charge a monthly fee, which I have brought to their attentionThis not unsubstantial monthly fee is infuriating given the repeated assurance that their designated agents will cancel my subscription to this service and continue to charge me

Sales reps lie to you when they try to pitch their FYE VIP cardThey tell you it's free and will save you 10% and but don't tell you that you will be charged $12/month automaticallyThey also do not give you an opportunity to read the fine print when you purchase and force you to make a decision immediately
When you read the fine print and realize this, the only way it says to cancel is to call themWhen you do, they force you to listen to a sales pitch and are rudeWhen I told them I was not interested, they spat off a cancellation code and quickly hung up before I could ask any follow up questionsThey did not even have my membership ID or name to be able to cancel, but they don't give you an opportunity to confirm it was really cancelled
Later I found where you can login to their website and sure enough, the account was not cancelledI cancelled it online and made a screencast video as proof in case charges still show up on my credit cardAfter googling and seeing se

I found that I am being billed for something called "FYE Backstage VIP membership," which I had previously cancelled
I contacted customer service to attempt to resolve the issue, and I was told that they cannot cancel my membership because they cannot find my account number, despite the fact that they are collecting money from my bank account and applying it to my FYE membership account They also refused to take my information and have some one call me back I cannot cancel via the FYE online portal because doing so requires either a login ID or account number, neither of which I have, due to having discarded such information when I cancelled the membership in the past, and which I cannot obtain from FYE
