After shopping for Christmas presents in the store on 11/7/and offered a store rewards card I've been charged $for the month of December and January for a program I never agreed to
Called customer service and was told they do not refund for this even though I never agreed or sign up for this

Today I was enrolled in FYEs VIP program by a salesperson, without my permission, at the point of sale The salesperson saw me take out my credit card and said, "This is your total, but here, let me save you 10%, what's your email address?" I didn't need to save 10% (10% was only fifty cents) but I'm often asked for that information in other stores, so I provided it I was NOT asked if I wanted to enroll in a membership, and I wasn't even really told I was being enrolledshe just began the process, on her own, without consent After turning down the "opportunity" to sign up for three magazine subscriptions (?!) The employees of the store NEVER mentioned that this was a trialI called to cancel and they said I could not, because I was "not in the system yet." On January 16, I submitted online documentation to be provided with a quote of home much I would be reimbursed for shipping dvd to FYE's online outfit I was provided a quote on the guaranteed pay out amount for each dvd provided it was accepted Additionally the policy stated that if if or more of the items I traded in were accepted that Io would be reimbursed for a shipping credit in the amount of $ The original estimate I received for all the dvd I submitted for an estimated quote was a pay out of $plus $in shipping This estimate was generated under Order No***

I had went the fye store in novembver I think and they asked me if I wanted a free magazine,which I didnt recieve, so I said yes and without them telling me fye and tme have both been taking money with out my consent from my bank accounti had never gave them my debit card information but when I check my statments I have both fye and tme both taking money monthly since novembver of I didnt really realize they were doing it ungtil my card almost got over drafted

F.Y.Eoffers a subscription based service to give customs discountsThe subscription based service is free the first two months and then charges your credit card or debit card when you make your first purchase, saving you 10%The cashier instructs that you have two months to cancel the subscription via a phone number or websiteI tried to cancel the subscription with no luck via phone due to the fact that it is all automated, Additionally, the website will not create a login so I can cancel the subscriptionMy second visit I was told to wait until I was in the systemIt has now been a month and I am not in the systemThe website still will not allow me to create a loginThere are no other options to cancel the subscription and I have one month before I am chargedThe subscription is fine but unfortunately the cancellation is not as was promisedThey are unable to do anything in store and the burden is all placed on meEven some of the cashiers at the store have mentioned tha
