We had a maintenance contract with a national company who also installed one of our current heating/AC unit few years ago through a local company The warranty company called the same local company to come out and look at the unit that needed repair However, I felt that I was taken advantage of during the last repair with that company After paying the service fee of 75.00, I was told that the unit would need to be replaced I am aware that there are certain costs not covered by the warranty company However, there are certain things that should not be charged i.ethe free estimate which is standard in the industry that is use to determine the size of unit I would need in my home The company they sent charged me to walk around my house for minutes I was told that the measurement would be put in a computer to determine the size of unit I needed I was told it would be done the next day Two day later I called them to discuss what I needed to do The company did not have the measurements; the warranty company had not been contacted Even if I had to pay more out of pocket, I was finished with that company Fortunately, I came across Blanton's Heating and Air I told them namely Angela what was going on with the other company and the warranty company I explained to Angela that I had guest coming into town and I was out of town for the day It only took a few minutes and I was on the phone with Tim from Blanton's Heating and Air After a few minutes, I knew my problems would be solved Tim told me that he could come by my home that afternoon and do what he needed to do even while I was out of town Within hours I had an estimate and a complete list of cost with units I could compare The very next day Tim came back to my home and sat down with me and explain what the company would do and what I needed to know Angela kept me informed of the process and what to expect systematically I would recommend Blanton's Heating and Air to anyone that need to have their system serviced or replace Thanks Tim and Angela for a job well done

Blanton's were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process of finding a new HVAC system Jon was able to explain the various system specifications and benefits of the different packages Ernest and Steve Kwere extremely professional and respectful of my home while installing my new Lennox system Overall, I had a very good experience with Blanton's and highly recommend them
