Blanton's Heating & Air sent out MrTy G***, to fix some damaged electrical wiring under my house MrG*** was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful He made sure that the problem spot on the wire was fixed and properly safeguarded, that both ends of the wire were also connected safely, and that the circuit worked as intended when he was finished He listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and gave me quotes with options, before starting the work He cheerfully answered all my questions during and after the job Although this service call lasted till late on Friday evening, he was pleasant the whole time He was methodical, careful and thorough, planning each step, and making sure everything got done properly, without seeming to rush I very much appreciated his helpful and friendly attitude, and am extremely satisfied with his work

This company is one of the first HVAC businesses that I've ever contacted that did what they are trained to do with the customer in mind My rental property's upstairs AC unit stopped cooling and the tenants were unable to sleep upstairs Blanton's was contact, by phone from Houston, TX, and they quickly solved diagnosed and solved the problem Even though it was a Friday evening, they arrived in a reasonable time and fixed the problem I expected to be ripped off, but their cost was reasonable I believe I have found a reputable HVAC business I can count on to repair and maintain my property even though I am out-of-state Thanks David B
