I would just like to leave some positive feedback about the technician, Larry, who came by to look at our air unitOur air unit hasn't worked for weeks and we had another air company come out at least 4-times and still didn't get everything resolvedLarry from Blanton's Heating and Air came out and took his time to listen to our complaints, and then followed through with the entire unit to find the problem as well as any other potential problemsFor the entire visit he was extremely thorough, very informative and educational, as well as very curtiousHe had even put scrubs on his shoes before entering the house so he wouldn't track any dirt inVery nice guy and very professionalShould we need to have someone come to the house again we would certainly trust and enjoy for Larry to be our technicianI highly recommend him! Tim and Nick were awesome with helping my husband and I figure out what the options were for our old heating and air unitNick L** helped remedy some of the fire hazard issues that we had with components of the unit and got one of the electricians to come out and look at our ancient breaker boxI unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was awesome as well! The guys were all extremely nice and knowledgable on each of their areas and they all seemed to enjoy the work they do withBlanton's!
The service specialist was very polite and knowledgeable He fully explained everything clearly He took special care to cover his shoes when entering my home and was very respectful I would totally refer him and the business to anyone
