This week I had a problem with a damper in my heating system and, naturally, called Blanton's for assistance Matt arrived promptly, ordered the required part, then came back and installed it He is always prompt, highly efficient and oh so pleasant to deal with Blanton's Heating and Air and Matt are the reasons we are their satisfied customers!
Outstanding plumbing service provided by their technician BenHe was very professional at all times and immediately gave me a diagnosis of what needed to be done and an estimate of the total costI would definitely recommend both Blanton's as a company and Ben as a technician to anyone with plumbing issues
Initiative and integrity are the two best words I can use to describe my experienceI thought I had a problem with my duct work and was getting estimates to replace it, but after a comprehensive inspection of my house, James informed me that they could replace the duct work but my current ducts were fine and it would not solve my problem He then sat down with me and explained what the problem was and the options to solve it It was his integrity that made me feel comfortable talking to him and his initiative to go beyond just quoting duct work and provide me the true solution to my problem that sold me on the values [redacted] 's instills in its employees
MrBoney was on time (8am) on 3/27/ He was friendly and informative He covered his shoes upon entering my home which is extremely thoughtful MrBoney informed me of everything he was checking and how long (approximately) it would take I am very pleased with my experience with Blanton's MrBoney
The approach by [redacted] 's Heating & A/C team was nothing less than friendly - professional - and with expertise that I find a rare in the current work place Their team took the extra time to show and explain my heating and A/C problems in my home in terms that I could easily understand One of the team members - Richard W - checked my system completely and provided an expert assessment Just simply based on the professional team I have had the pleasure of encountering today - I would rate them at the top of any list of heating and A/C businesses in North Carolina Some older patrons would understand their service as TWO THUMBS UP !
3/15/ I have had many positive experiences dealing with this company Nick W***, Service Technician worked on my system today He is very prompt, courteous, professional and competentI recommend both Nick and his company to anyone who needs professional, cooperative and caring heating and air services
David and his associate were very customer-oriented They performed semi-annual services on my new heat-pump system that Blanton's installed in May which was an excellent experience The courtesy phone calls to let the customer know when they were to arrive is appreciated Both David and his associate were friendly and thorough in their duties I would once again, recommend Blanton's for your Heating and Cooling needs
Seems like they try to have you buy unnecessary stuff and price on refrigerant is really highAlso got to talking to an employee there want say a name but they seem to care more about reviews then anything I just want a company that doesn't badger me with st they try to sell and is just a friendly company I mean genuinely friendly not friendly because they want a good review when in reality they just ate trying to sell you stuff
I have had an extremely positive experience with Blanton's Heating and Air In fact, this is the only HVAC company in years of being in Fayetteville, NC that I can say this of - and I have had quite a few Their professionalism is top-notch, their knowledge is exceptional and they treated my family like we were important to them - not just a paycheck Blanton's was truly concerned about my family's comfort and air quality in our home From their Facebook Page, to their periodicals - everything displays professionalism I have NEVER had a company thank service members for their service on Memorial Day - but Blanton's did I had one HVAC system replaced and I will be calling Blanton's when the time comes to replace my second unit They are simply - the Best
