Absolutely Outstanding Service by Ryan J*** My Air Conditioning unit stopped working A servicing company sent by my Home owners insurance attempted to repair it on several occasions and time lasped to about three weeks with no air conditioning I called Blantons and they came out on a Sunday morning,the same day called Ryan came out to my home, evaluated the problem and repaired it quickly the same day Ryan was very kind, warm, patient and most of all concerned about my health and welfare because the temperature was over 100, very hot! This is the second time I called Blanton's, and as always they came through! Their Technicians are experience and know what they are doing...Blanton's is the BEST! I would recommend them to my friends, always!

Larry W. was very professional, polite and courteous. His work was neat. He informed us what he was going to do and what he accomplished. He also had a neat appearance.
Jon was extremely professional and gave me a great run down of what the issues with the system are. We talked about the different solutions and price points and the timeline for repairs. I was well informed and didn't feel pressured into one option or the other.
Mr Daniel came to my residence on June 29,2015 and discovered fire ants in my unit. He corrected the problem and got my unit running again. Mr Daniel is definitely an asset to the Blanton Company. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but professional and courteous. I also want to acknowledge Mr James M. who sold me my unit. He is a honest, terrific guy. Thanks to Mr Nick and all the wonderful ladies I spoke with. You are a great bunch of people. You will always have my business. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.
My tech (Roman S.) was very professional, fast, and friendly. This was the first time I called Blanton's and the last time I call anyone else for AC maintenance.
This is the second time in the last 30 days that I have needed to use Blanton's services, again they were very courteous and professional in getting the problem resolved. I do recommend Blanton whether it's A/C or electrical they can get the job completed in a timely manner, thank you Angela for getting my job scheduled quickly and thank you Ryan for completing the work in a quick and professional manner.
Techs are ALWAYS on time, or even early, they are friendly, professional and DO NOT try to trick you into service you don't need. Company has a long history and they do all they can to ensure that the customer is treated as they would want to be treated. In many military related towns some businesses look at their client base as continually changing and don't care about repeat business, this HAS NEVER been the case with Blantons's, they treat their customers as if their business depends on each and every one, because it does.
I was immediately impressed just from the way I was greeted on the phone by Angela.Very professional, well spoken and friendly ( I actually thought I was talking to a recording). My appointment was set for 8 am the techs Larry and Josh called me about 15 min prior and were right on time. Before they came in my house they automatically put on the protective covering over their shoes. You rarely see that from cables guys, plumbers, or other HVAC companies I've dealt with in the past.
Both Larry and Josh diagnosed my issue with my Nest thermostat by calling Nest tech support and stayed on the phone with them (for about 1 hour) going through a series of trouble shooting options to see why I kept getting a error message on my thermostat. Issue was diagnosed as a bad part by Nest and Larry immediately ask Nest to send a replacement part (free) Nest obliged. Josh offered me some great information about yearly service in the "Comfort Club" that I will more than likely pursue just because I know the type of quality service I will receive from this company.
James is an Outstanding Service Technician! He reviewed everything with me in detail and took the additional time to inspect my other unit that IS NOT covered by the maintenance plan. He's truly someone that you would like to review your HVAC System!
Tim K. was GREAT!!! He really helped me figure out my duct work replacement needs. He is very knowledgeable not only about Blantons option but community options which was really nice. I am hearing impaired and he made a point of speaking clearly and slowly so I could understand him. He explained everything and did not hesitant to answer any question I had.
My technician, Nick, was right on time and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and was careful to cover his shoes before coming in. I especially appreciated that because it was raining. He explained how my unit was doing, checked the thermostat and filters and suggested in options to update without any high pressure.
Blantons is a great company. When called they came right out to fixed the problem. The tech that came out was very professional and informative. They let us know what they were doing and why they were doing it. We needed a part and they continue to work as the part was being delivered to them. Thanks
