He explained everything that he would be doing during the service call, and even showed me some tips for lowering my monthly electric bill. I am very happy with the services provided!
John K. is a very knowledgeable technican that takes his time and keeps you informed along the way. He found a problem with our "Pure Air Filtration System " and let us know that parts have been ordered and the problem will be fixed within 2 days. You need to understand this system is located in our crawl space and is no accessible to us as we're disabled and unable to get into this area. This is where an hoenest,dedicated and trusted tech.,employee shines. he immediately informed us and started the repair process for us. This is a Company we trust and rely on for exactly this reason.

I was given a price of $713.00 to replace a broken attack fan. I said no thank you. I went to [redacted] and bought the same fan that the service man had in his truck for $117.00. I am 70 years old and was able to install it in 1 hour. I guess my labor is worth $500.00 per hour. Outrageous.
Josh A. was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis. Very competent, explained in detail what was wrong with my A/C unit. I like the way he explained everything that needed to be done, without pressure. Look forward to having Josh service my system in the future.

He took the time to explain all issues with our units and gave us his expert recommendations on what needed to be repaired/serviced immediately and what could wait. Great customer service. No complaints at all on our end. We will be using Blanton's (we will ask for Larry) again in the future.

He was very detailed about his work and the options for fixing our issue. He was also nice to my son and a very pleasant person overall. Went into great detail on the issues and suggested several courses of action to fix the problem. Would highly suggest anyone looking for top quality heating & air service contact Blanton's and ask for Roman S.
We returned home yesterday (07/24) to find our A/C was no longer working, and it was at the worst possible time: in the middle of a heat wave with average heat indexes of between 101 and 105 degrees (F).
Great.
That situation didn't last very long, though, as David B. w/Blanton's Heating & Air came through for us today like he always has in the past when we've had issues with our system. His inspection of our system indicated we had a blown capacitor, and David explained all of the details of the repair to me in addition to some other history of that kind of part I was not aware of.
When he was done, our home was getting cool again, and we thank David and Blanton's for the consistent levels of support and professionalism they show us during every visit. 105 degrees indoors is no joke, and they treated our situation with the urgency it deserved.
I would recommend Blanton's to anyone looking for top-quality HVAC repair and diagnostic services. They've never let us down!
