This was my first service appointment for my new unit. My technician was Fred, and he was prompt, professional and very friendly. He explained everything that he would be doing during the service call, and even showed me some tips for lowering my monthly electric bill. I am very happy with the services provided!
John K. is a very knowledgeable technican that takes his time and keeps you informed along the way. He found a problem with our "Pure Air Filtration System " and let us know that parts have been ordered and the problem will be fixed within 2 days. You need to understand this system is located in our crawl space and is no accessible to us as we're disabled and unable to get into this area. This is where an hoenest,dedicated and trusted tech.,employee shines. he immediately informed us and started the repair process for us. This is a Company we trust and rely on for exactly this reason.

I was given a price of $713.00 to replace a broken attack fan. I said no thank you. I went to [redacted] and bought the same fan that the service man had in his truck for $117.00. I am 70 years old and was able to install it in 1 hour. I guess my labor is worth $500.00 per hour. Outrageous.
