My AC went out on a Wednesday evening and I called Blanton's Heating & A/C at 8:00am the next morningI had not used Blanton's before but I had heard good things about themEverything I had heard was correct! Not only did Blanton repair my unit with same day service, the technician; Bobby Pwas extremely professional, listened to my needs and included me on every step of the repair journeyHe helped me make corrections to the setup of the unit and also taught me several things bout HVAC I was not aware ofSo not only did I get my problem resolved, but I learned from this experience as wellEveryone I dealt with at Blanton's from Angela Mto Bobby Pwere absolutely a joy to deal withI will definitely use their services again!
The service technician, David *** called before arriving and went to work immediately upon arrivalHe identified several potential problems and offered and explained choices of solutionsWhen I chose what I ws comfortable with, he immediately installed the parts I had chosenAfterward, he checked to make sure everything was working properly and made sure I knew how to operate the new equipmentThe entire time he was very professional and respectful of my propertyThe entire service call was a very posistive experience

This guy....Tim rode in on a unicorn and rescued me and my roommateweeks in to our 80+ degree sauna in the house we finally got the courage to call for a hero and along came TimEven though we hadn't showered in days and were semi delusional due to dehydration Tim was professional and courteous the whole time and didn't even mention itHe was so knowledgable we thought he worked for NASAIf I ever had to make a big life decision I would instantly call himTim is a true hero!

About a year ago (I think), ***'s installed a moisture-sensitive cutoff switch on our unit (after an expensive ceiling repair) to shut it off in the event of a possible water collection pan overflow due to excessive condensationThe builder of our home was -SUPPOSED- to have done this, but theirs failed not once, but twice!
Not fun, at all
However, Blanton's solution -WORKED PERFECTLY-, and James Jwas able to get things cooling again in no timeAlso, there was no water damage at all because their solution worked like it was supposed to, and James was sure to inspect everything else to be sure we were good to go
I can't say enough about the support we've received from James Jand Blanton's! You all are the best!
the installers did an great job, and made sure the system was installed properlyTim k was very knowledgeable about his products and during his evaluation of my system found a water leak under my house that I didnt know abouthe was professional and was no pressure

Apparently Blantons Heating and Air only hires hero's on unicornsIt got real and I was days into a heat benderIt's my fault and I was delusional once again but here comes David...saving the day on his trusty horned steadI told him there was a major problem and he shrugged it off and laughed like the expert he is"No such thing as a problem...I run this house" - DavidAnd sure enough he didWithin min the heat stroke was finally gone and life was back to semi normalI'm gonna call him out once a week just for fun because he was so good!
Blanton's was able to provide service to me with one days noticeThe technician was very professional and knowledgeableHe ensured I understood what services he was providing and only completed his work after I understood completely
I found Blanton's field techs and office reps to be extremely helpful and professional they are knowledgeable and thorough in their field of endeavor and courteous at all timesI hope never to have another breakdown of my HCAV unit, but if I do I'll call the Blanton company because I know they are quick, skilled and competitively priced
