A courteous young man who made sure that I was aware of all he was doing by providing pictures of situations under my house, offering options for correcting problems with my unit, and furnishing me with all the information necessary to make my decisions. I would NOT hesitate to have Bobby or any of the past Blanton technician assist me in the maintenance of my heating/air equipment!
Rich was very courteous, polite and he explained with detail what was wrong with our system. He provided detail quotes on what repair would cost. He got to my home at the time that Blanton had told he would be.
