I feel that the recording need to be reviewed. I NEVER said my income was $12,000, EVER. In the initial conversation TSI presented themselves as a government agency and told me I qualified for a $a month program. Because I am currently a contract employee when I sent in my initial form, I wrote varies. The company misled me into thinking I needed to submit paycheck stubs to them because they were a government agency. I was later informed that I had been lied to and no paystubs were needed. In addition it took calls and persistence to finally speak to Rick F*, and that was after I insisted on speaking to him.I want to settle this loan, but I need the credibility and consistency of TSI, the lies that have been told have made me wary of giving them anymore of my personal information since they lied initially about who they were and lied about the processI would like to reach an agreement so we can move forward, but this company is up to the same tricks that have given them an F rating with Revdex.com and also a million dollar settlementThey have learned nothing and continue their predatory practices and hidden fees that are not listed on the document they provided. Please review ALL my phone calls for the record.***

I spoke with this company starting on SEPT/19/they sent three accounts to my Transunion,Equifax,Experian without billing my health insurance or reaching out to mei called them spoke to about different peoplethey will place you on hold and transfer you without you knowingfinally got to speak with a person who help metook all information down and stated she will take care of thisthey will have these accounts removed from each one of the creditorsyes! this did happen they were removed ....just to be put back in two weeks ! which dropped my score points each time they are placed oncalled back to speak with
ERIK P*** who sent me a letter stating these accounts wont be sent to TransUnion,Experian,Equifax until response from health insuranceI WAS TOLD HE DOESN'T TAKE PHONE CALLS!!!

I cannot deal with this business anymore and I do not know how to get away from them! I have gone through all the steps to set up the payments they have asked me forTurns out they have an error on their end and someone made a mistake and has been not charging me properlyThey then start their harassing calls to my family and myself againI answered yesterday and after they tell me they are trying to collect a debt I told the rep that I already set up my payments and are in a program with themhours later of being put on hold and transferred and even setting it all up again and going to validation and they have all the information wrong still!
Then I finally get the email they are asking if I got around the clock this afternoon and click on the link and wouldn't you know- it says unavailable and does not work!
While I was typing this review the rep called me! I told him about the link not working and he wants to put me on hold again to speak to his supervisor to see if they can fix itI cannot take this another minuteI told him I cannot sit on hold while you try to fix your system and things on your endI would do anything to get away from this company and having to deal with themThey would probably be a lot more effective at their main goal if their systems actually worked

TSI is requesting that *** *** produce a Money order or cashiers check to cover a previously paid debt that is almost four years old. This is in addition to the Cashiers check *** *** has already produced to debunk your first phony bill.*** *** wonders how much extra revenue a corporation could perhaps generate if even one in ten of the potentially hundreds of thousands of individuals intimidated by TSI, simply sent them extra money to get rid of them.*** *** was fraudulently billed twice by TSI for the seat belt ticket and now requests four hundred dollars from TSI as a settlement.TSI has days to respond to *** ***'s request for a settlement or *** *** will take an AD out in the *** *** *** and the *** *** to see if anyone else is being double billed by TSI.
