I am rejecting this response because:
TSI has harassed *** *** at work calling him times over the payment and putting his job in jeopardyHe has preauthorized me in writing times yet TSI continues to state they have no records of the consent letter*** *** asked in writing to stop calling him and harassing him while he was at workThe calls continuedTSI has very abusive ways to communicate with customersThey are violating consumer privacy calling rightTSI should be reprimanded for this abusive behaviorWhen reaching out to TSI to make payments they would accept my payments over the phone, however were unwilling to help resolve my issue regarding the double payment processed by them over the phoneI experienced some of the worse customer service and received unprofessional responsesI no longer want to do business with them, they violated their agreement I only owe a balance of $after paying thousands I would agree to settle with the balance being cancelled, I will not settle for anything less as well as *** ***'s credit not being blemished because of this They do not honor their agreements and we should not be penalized because of their bad work ethics

This collection agency keeps calling my number looking for my sister week after speaking to rude rep I stated my sister does not live at the number they are calling I was told the number would be removed after listening to a minute rant regarding how I can't be told how they got my number The next week I get more calls I call back and left a message stating the same information, 'no such person at this number' I still get called so I called back and again had to listen to a minute rant as to why the number wasn't removed because I didn't speak to the EXACT rep I spoke with in the past And after stating I was a woman I was repeatedly called 'Sir' without apology or correction What difference that made I don't know I was told my number will be removed but I hold little hopeI understand collections is tough, but being rude before you obtain any information, and I was forthright with mine, is uncalled for and unprofessional
