Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thanks for reopening this case, it was never resolved, in fact Dell never answered our requests to put us in touch with either public relations, sales or any other human resources deptAll we got is technical support deptand they were stalling time from the first week that we got the computer, this computer was defective and was malfunctioning from the very beginning and they did not help at all not in technical matters not in any other matters, all numbers that we called we tech support only, they told us that we should only talk to them and not to anybody else, and none of the tech people would provide any other phone number and when the person from Dell finally called he was also from tech support from Bombay India, the American Company that will not let you talk to any other dept, but tech support is in violation of consumer rights and we intend to complain regarding this Company to Attorney General, please keep this case open till I will write you an e-mail that this case was resolved Thanks again for your help Regards, [redacted]

The customer ordered a new system but the shipping was delayed for a considerable length of timeHowever, the system was delivered and is working fineOur representative asked to customer to use the system for a couple of weeks and to contact him if necessary with any problemsOur representative closed this case but can be reached at [redacted] @dell.com

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted by Dell and spoke to yet another person who told me that the computer I originally bought was greatly discounted; basically that I had gotten a great deal so they were excused from never shipping out the item, leading me on for weeks, and attempting to sell me a much more expensive item.He denied that a bait and switch occurred, but I don’t know what else to call itHe was unwilling to offer me any compensation or at the very least offer a genuine apology and admission ofwrongdoing on dell’s partI had to finally buy my son a computer elsewhereHe received it a few days ago even though the computer was supposed to be a Christmas giftI am extremely concerned that other people are going to get scammed like I did especially when they are still selling the same computers that they have a power supply shortage of.Attached are pics of the computers with the same power supply that they no longer have or are back ordered in depending on who you speak to @ dell Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dell INCeither never even had any of the Xbox One bundles to start with for the Black Friday sale on there website or they had only a couple and not near enough to call it a sale when it sold out in less then seconds and there was no way to even come close to fulfilling even a fraction of the demandI placed my order and had the Xbox One bundle in my cart in seconds after the sale started and on the payment screen at only seconds into the sale I was told it already had sold outI had a super fast connection and there was really no way that anyone could have placed an order faster then I tried toI waited weeks for this sale to start and was ready right at pm Pacific time to buy one of these, to good to be true deals and as the saying goes this was a case of to good to be true as I feel Dell INCused this sale to drive traffic to there online store so people would buy other goods and services from there websiteWhen I contacted there chat support they immediately told me they had other things for sale and to top it off the chat agent ended up ending the chat session when I asked for a manager and called them out on this BS sale! I finally had a Dell customer services representative call me regarding this and I was told the same line of crap and that they would not be able to fulfill the sale so I again told the representative who couldn't even speak fluent English as all these big corporations outsource to other countries that ends up giving us American citizens sub par service so they make more profitsI have been buying computers and other electronics from Dell for over years but after this experience I will never buy anYthing from them again and I will let everyone I can know what a shady company Dell INCnow is!
