29th In most situations customer love the fact that they get their product so fast In this instance where you called the next day to cancel it was already too late as the package was handed to UPS already All you have to do is reject the package or return the package and we will issue you a full refund on the payment that you have made so far of Once received we will cancel all future payment of from being removed. I am rejecting this response because: I checked with my credit union *** today 9/17/They said the only transaction was 4/10/when you took $out. Up to now 9/17/2014, there has been
no other transactions to my account
from ClearTv nor TriStar productsOn your response to Revdex.com that you refunded it back to my cc I don't see a date when you did refund itYou took it from my debt cardI am wondering if possibly it went to a wrong account? Could you please check

To Whom it May Concern: Sorry for this inconvenience, in regards to your hose we cannot issue you a refund We stand fully behind our products so we can issue a replacement for this unit, but any hose bought from a retailer must be returned to the retailer if a refund is goal
If the flexable was purchased directly from our servers either a refund or a replacement would be possible, but in this case Walmart would have to issue the refund, we can issue a replacement If outside of *** day money back guarantee follow our warranty procedures on the manual for the hose or you can go online to: Flexablehose.com down at the bottom under Customer Care.
