receive the refund from the pressure cooker $177.92 back on my credit card, after hard work and your help. If it wasn't for you I don't think I would of recieved it. I tried eveything on my end before getting Revdex.com involved. Thank you again for your help and being there.[redacted]

P.M. The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility. / The receiver agreed to pick up the package this evening. 04/14/2015 1:30 P.M. The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility. The package was held by the customers request (see UPS tracking information above) from April 14-April 21. On the 6th business day, UPS returned the item back to our facility as it was not picked up and marked abandoned. The item returned to our facility on 4/24/2015 and the item was refunded back to the account. The customer contacted our customer care center on 4/27/2015 and the remaining shipping charges were refunded back to the account as the customer stated she did not receive the package. The order was sent up on a 3 payment plan option, only the first payment of $40.97 was paid to date, and that first payment was refunded and all further payments have been stopped. This account was refunded in FULL and we will not be able to issue a free product to the customer. regards to the unit working, it does work but like any other antenna it is dependent on where you live in regards to the TV radio signal.  So if you are further than 35 miles from the closest TV antenna it will be very hard to get the amount of channels you were looking for.  Now for a full refund, which I do have the power to give you must send your unit back at your own cost.  You will receive a full refund if you decide to send it back on your own which again is stated on your invoice and in the infomercial. Thank you, Customer Care team
