Please note that I have been told  before from this co. that they were sending a reund check  but I did not recieve the refund. That is why I made this complaint. Please do not close this complaint until I recieve the refund and have notified you.  Thank you so much for the help in this matter.

Over the last few months, I have received several voicemail messages from TriStar, but the instructions left on how to return the call never resulted in my ability to speak to anyone directly. Nonetheless, I gave it one more try this morning and am happy to report Rosa and I had an actual telephone conversation.  She apologized for the long response time – she says she’s been out on medical leave and others have been attempting to keep up with her work (clearly not successfully!).Several weeks ago I received a voicemail from Rosa saying she was going to credit the cost of the pan to the original credit card used to make the purchase, so I thought this was resolved.  Today, however, she told me the same thing she said to you in the e-mail, below – she will send me a new pan.  I have provided my full name and address, and Rosa assures me the order has been placed, and I should have a new one in 5-7 business days.  I will let you know if this doesn’t happen; otherwise, we can call this resolved.Thank you for your assistance to finally (hopefully) get the issue resolved.  Rosa agrees with me that my initial contact with Customer Service where they told me “opps, too bad…it’s been more than 60 days so we can only replace the pan if you pay to return it and wait 30-45 days to receive a new one in the mail at your own cost” was unacceptable.  That said, she’s not in charge of how TriStar customer service responds to callers and I suspect all who call to complain will continue to be told the same thing I was told and will either pay and wait to get a new pan (adding insult to injury given the high cost of the pan) or simply give up and move on.  So ultimately, I would still like my warning to consumers to NOT purchase the pan to be part of the NJRevdex.com record so more consumers aren’t wasting their hard-earned money on an inferior product to start with.

To Whom it May Concern:The customer called into our customer service department on 4/6/15 was informed to return the product and a refund will be issued back to the CC that we have on file with no problem. As of today 4/16/15 we still have NOT received the goods back.

To Whom It May Concern, The unit that customer has been discontinued. We will go ahead and replace order for our newest model we have which is the health master elite. Please allow 7-10 business days.

the company failed to acknowledge the manner in which I was treated as a customer.  I understand the company's policy regarding the warranty and appreciate the waiver.  Secondly, I understand that discrimination is illegal and never suggested such a ridiculous notion.  Nonetheless, persons must be able to communicate in an effective manner in order to understand a customer's issues and must speak clear enough to be understood when responding.  Otherwise, there is a language barrier and complications for the customer and representatives.  Most importantly, my complaint concerned the careless demeanor, dismissive attitude, rudeness and sarcasm which has nothing to do with an accent
