I am rejecting this response because:A per-formatted apology is not acceptable and the location of my items is still in question. I will only acceptable a true apology from the customer support personal "Cristy" and the location of my items. As soon as I placed the order for the bras the company took my money but yet they can't be held responsible as to the location of the bras until I receive them. If the bras were shipped like the company claims why does the tracking number report that the tracking number as no information after five days?

to whom it may concern,This order was placed on 05/26/2014. This customer did not contact our customer care center until 6/5/2015, over a year later asking questions regarding the unit. In the years time since the customer originally ordered the unit, we have released a different model/version...

of the unit. After review of the order, we found that  on 6/5/2015  the customer contacting our center in regards to the unit that was viewed online. The unit featured on our website is the most current unit we have for sale. This unit was not available a year ago when the customer purchased the item. Our representative attempted to explain this to the customer to no avail. We offer our  customers a 60 day return policy on our products. As this order is a year past the return policy, the unit cannot be returned at this time.Once again, our current unit was NOT available or even manufactured at the time this original order was placed in 2014, therefore the customer could not have purchased this unit. This order was done correctly.Thank youFilomena

To whom it may concern,We have made every attempt to satisfy this customer, above and our corporate policy. This order was placed via our website, done by the customer, and entered into a live shopping cart. No one from our company accesses online shopping carts once an order has been placed. All upgrades need to be accepted or denied by a customer while placing their order online. Review of this order shows this customer did in fact choose the upgraded Power Pressure Cooker and that resulted in a difference in price. The customer contacted our customer care center and was provided with quality service by our agent breaking company policy to assist the customer with a pre paid return label outside her 60 day return period. A second return label was issued once again at a later date. Notification from the Revdex.com stated that this complaint was resolved, customer was satisfied with resolution, and the compliant was closed. Now the customer is stating she does not have a printer to use the pre paid labels that we provided as promised. On an added note, we are once again breaking policy by responding to a complaint filed by a person other than the actual customer that purchased the item. Audrey Davis is listed as the ship to person on the order, not the bill to person on the account.We are providing one last  pre paid return label via the USPS to the address listed on file. This label will arrive in a white envelope with the  Tristar Products name on it. Once the product has been returned to our a facility  the refund process will begin.

I want to sincerely "thank you" for helping me with this.  I have contacted this company more than several times and I always received different no resolution answers.  I now have a credit on my credit card for the full amount and I am very thankful for that.  Please accept my appreciation for your help in this and again thank you so very, very much!
