to whom it may concern,The Genie Hour glass is a brand new product and we ask that all customers allow a full 4-6 weeks for delivery. Should the item take longer than the 6 week time frame the customer is notified, just as this customer stated she was when receiving our delayed shipment post card....

This post card allows the customer the option of either waiting the backorder through, or cancelling the order. Should the customer  choose to cancel no refund needed to applied to the account as we do not charge an item until it ships from our facility. Should the customer wait the backorder through, the order is charged at the time of shipping and the customer is sent an email confirmation containing their tracking number. We are working hard on fulfilling every order in the order in which they are received.  Due to the overwhelming popularity of this item, we are not able to provide an exact date of shipment. I am rejecting this response because: the company knew there was a large back order delay and decided to wait until the sixth week mark to then notify customers.  A good company would notify customers immediately.  I told the rep on the phone that I was chatting with another rep who offered me a discount of $7.50 if I kept my order and wait for the items.  I hung up on the rep from the phone who proceeded to cancel my order.  Again this is not good business practice customers should be told immediately about the back order not wait until the last day the customer is expecting it!  If no refund is necessary then I am satisfied on that end but not satisfied with how the customer service and business operates!
