I do not accept twitters responseRegardless if the tweets were deleted, the fact is that somehow the person who set up the fake twitter handle gained access to MY FULL NAME, which I did NOT disclose on twitter
In addition, the person who set up this fake twitter account also gained access to my ADDRESS, which I have NOT disclosed on twitter
In addition, the person who set up this fake twitter account also connected me with another twitter account, again proving the person who set up the fake twitter account somehow gained access to my private info via twitter
I also received a message from twitter indicating it appeared I was having trouble logging into my account-I wasn'tTherefore this must've been prompted by someone trying to hack into my twitter account
I am NOT concerned about whether the tweets have been deleted
My complaint is that twitter has NOT kept my private information privateThe person who set up the fake account somehow got access to my full name and addressThis needs to be fully investigatedEither twitter private data has been hacked, or someone at twitter gave out my private information without my consent

The response twitter gave was totally generic and "canned"
They did offer any resolution nor any explanation of why they terminated my account
This is a prime example of twitter's lack of customer service and how they could care less about their customers and how they don't treat their customers fairly
I have been advertising on the internet since with companies such as googlebing, yahoo and facebook and never had any problems like I encountered with twitter
Other reputable companies such as google, bing, yahoo and facebook gives you a warning if they don't feel your ad complies with thier advertising policies and they give you the opportunity to make a correction
I will be filing complaints about this to the President of Twitter plus other officials within the company and a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission
I am also seeking attorneys regarding this matter
What twitter did to me and others is wrong and I think this matter needs to be exposed on the internet and by the news media
With Twitter terminating accounts without giving any warning or reason and with so many other unresolved complaints, there is no way Twitter deserves a A+ rating
