consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not true there is not any staff intervention at present. Twitter refuses to deal with the issue. My email continues to be used illegaly. I have no ticket number and no way to contact them. Twitter refuses to deal with the issue and has not written back. I am requesting that someone contact me and deal with this issue.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2015/11/16) */
No there was never any contact by twitter, no one called, no one emailed, no one wrote nothing!
thats the point they said they were responding however THEY DID NOT RESPOND.
I do not understand how they can simply say they responded and not even answert the Revdex.com inquiry and the case is close. As I have stated in early correspondence they has been no contact. please advise
thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This incident is in fact a violation of Twitter policies, you need to take steps in pulling the site down!!!!, The response is not accepted and you HAVE NOT!!! resolved the situation as usual. Twitter needs to be more vigilant when resolving customer concerns especially when it involves children being bullied and false accounts set up. You have the authority to take these accounts down and it's obvious that this account is not the person being impersonated. Do the right thing!!! take the site down!!!

Hello,In order to maintain a safe environment for users on Twitter, we may suspend accounts that violate the Twitter Rules ([redacted]Please view this help article for more information about suspended accounts ([redacted]).While some...

Changing certain profile information (such as the @ username or protecting Tweets) will result in the removal of a verified badge. That account will automatically be reviewed again to ensure it is eligible for verification.
An account may...

also lose its verified status if it violates the Twitter Rules or Terms of Service. (https://support.twitter.com/articles/XXXXX-the-twitter-rules#)
Previously verified accounts may not be eligible to have their badges restored.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have NOT received an email from Twitter. The email address associated with twitter has since been deleted. In order for me to view and reply to this company, their reply must to be sent to my my email, [redacted]@icloud.com
Once twitter send their message to my UPDATED email, I will then be able to complete the requirements of my complaint.
Revdex.com, can you please inform twitter that they need to contact my UPDATED email, [redacted]@icloud.com
Thank you for your help.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2015/07/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS RESPONSE. Twitter referred me to the help page. This default response is absolutely pointless! I have no account with Twitter anymore, therefore I CANNOT delete the content on the Vine account.
My vine account was created using my Twitter account. My Twitter has been deleted for years, therefore I cannot use Twitter to delete my vine!
There is nothing I can do to delete the account on my own. Twitter/vine has to delete the account for me, because I have no account to log into to handle it myself.
My request for my account being delete is VERY SIMPLE, but instead Twitter sends me a default reply.. How is that helpful? I have been sending complaint aftercompalint

Yes, I would like to rebut Twitter's response as it does not address the issue. Twitter accepted the ad I paid for; ran the ad; then weeks later disabled my access to Twitter Ads and to Twitter Analytics (not sure what that has to do with an ad). Twitter claims my account is not compliant with their [redacted] but refuses to tell me specifically what I was not complying with although I have not made changes since running the ad.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:If I hadn't already looked at your...

ridiculous, useless and circular help forums, and been unable to resolve the problem through your support system, I wouldn't have been required to file a Revdex.com complaint to get the abandoned twitter account shut down.Fortunately, someone at Twitter who is smarter than the person who responded to this Revdex.com complaint was able to pull their head out of their rectum long enough to realize that all they needed to do was confirm that the [redacted] account was abandoned and then suspend that account.  Problem solved.  If my support issue had been handled properly initially, there would have been no need to file a Revdex.com complaint.Due to this extreme level of incompetence, pettiness and absolute disregard for copyright and brand infringement, I'm seriously reconsidering whether Twitter is an appropriate platform for advertising and promoting [redacted] New Mex Grille.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I want my 100$ back that I paid you the day I supposedly was suspended! if you don't refund me then your robbing me! it was for 1 month of advertising and CLEARLY  I did not receive any advertising!Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company is ignoring my complaint and my requests to be contacted. I will reach out to the California Secretary of State to file a formal complaint with them, thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Twitter repeatedly refuses to cooperate with this complaint and relies solely on inefficient and unprofessional automatic robot responses. For the 3rd time: remove the limited visibility to the account in question immediately as it has violated no rules.Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/11/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This does not help me. I have not used the Twitter account since Aug 2013. My email account was hacked and closed in early 2014. The email account associated with my Twitter account (only used for 3 tweets) was hacked and closed. The hackers posted tons of SPAM tweets. There has been no activity on my Twitter account in 20 months!! Please close my account and DELETE my profile picture.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

I cannot not deacctivate the account because I no longer have the email.

I need this vine deactivated immediately. The vine ID: [redacted] please delete the account. Thank you!Sincerely,[redacted]
