Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is the same system generated response they send to everyone. I've got several of them. As I pointed out in my complaint, twitter has no customer service at all and have dismissed the Revdex.com request for a response without even addressing the issue at hand. The other twitter user was harassing ME. Several people have issued complaints about how abusive his tweets were, along with myself. The response was the same that twitter didn't feel his tweets violated their rules. Exactly how does him calling me a [redacted] wishing I would stop breathing, just to name a few, isn't a violation of their rules and help contribute to a safe environment where people can express their opinions? My tweets in response were nothing and done in defense. What about my information they have locked away? the names and twitter accounts of those who chose to follow me, the personal messages sent privately to me, the record of all of my tweets and responses, all of the people I chose to follow? All of that info belongs to me.Twitter either doesn't care, judging by their customer service that's a given, believes chaos created by these twitter trolls bring more advertisement $$'s through the door and therefore would rather get rid of those individuals who attempt to defend themselves than the people driving traffic or their limited customer service/tweet review system has been hacked. People in the public eye have tweeted calls for violence against many and yet their accounts are still up and running. It is clear this is money driven. I want to speak with them directly. I want my accounts restored and considering their response to the Revdex.com, I expect an apology not only for myself, but also to the Revdex.com.Sincerely,[redacted]

Thank you for looking into this matter. As you suggested I opened a new ticket regarding access. Here is the ticket number: Case# XXXXXXXX: I can't log in. The response is below. The problem is that my account was hacked. My account is now associated with an Outlook email address which I have never had. My identity was verified when I was reassigned to be [redacted] twitter handle because of a trademark that I have on WEbrageous. Can you reread my initial Revdex.com complaint? This is the same typical automated response I have gotten from vine. I have not posted any sexual content and have not broken the rules. After my @[redacted] account got suspended and I got it back, I barely even used it and then suddenly I am getting suspended for sexual content? Same thing happened with @[redacted] when I get suspended the first time. I was EXTREMELY careful with my accounts because I did not want any of them to get suspended! This is outrageous and vine/twitter just cannot be bothered to help.

Dear Revdex.com of Golden Gate:

I am rejecting this response because:
 
Twitter, Inc. totally sent the wrong information and answer, so the issue was not addressed at all, it was not about advertising, but a technical issue, that is very serious, that the Twitter technical people have for a year now, failed to address.
The problem is that either the tweet server my account resides on quits propagating tweets to the rest of Twitter and/or the organic hit counter that tells you how many people saw and/or interacted with a partular tweet, fails almost weekly and the problem lasts for 24 hours.  Usually happens on Saturday evenings to Sunday afternoon and as noted for 24 hours or so after it starts.  Sometimes recurs again a day ot ttwo later and again lasts for 24 hours after it starts.
Twitter never responds to tweets to [redacted].  I have NEVER seen a response, ever, to anyone's request for support.  A [redacted] mentioned on the website also has been shut down, and when you file on a 'contact us' form there about the problem, you likewise neither get a response nor an initial confirmation email.  
Twitter HQ and Twitter Inc have derogatories on [redacted] about this and those will stay up until resolved and incidents will be added until such time as Twitter confirms to me directly to my email address that it has and after a sufficient probationary period to ensure compliance with service standard, the email address is the one assiciated with [redacted].
