Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello,Your account was permanently suspended due to multiple or repeat violations of the Twitter Rules: [redacted].This account will not be restored. Please do not respond to this email as replies and new appeals for this account will not be monitored. Thanks,Twitter Support

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  This is same tepsinse I was given . It isn’t acceptable because I wasn’t targeti anyone ! I was responded to a tweet. They don’t give you any answer to what you specifically did. Nor did they give you a chance to correct whatever they consider abuse. They should have to tell you exactly what you did and s chance to Cote t it ! I don’t know who I was supposedly targeting and what abuse ?? Suspended permanently is ridiculous .  Please look at peoples teeets that are tweeting currently and see if mine are abusive. There are some really nasty tweets to President these people are still on there. I want my account back up.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I will reiterate kindly that I have been run in circles on what the problem is and why you have continuously given different reasons each time I notify you that I have checked the card information and it matches what is on file with my creditor.  Why the card is being declined on your end when other vendors clearly have had no problems with it is not something that I can correct nor have time to continue to debate with no end in sight.  I would like this to be taken care of as soon as possible so that I can move on with improving and bettering the lives of my students without having something as ridiculous as this to add to my plate.
I understand your system may be facing concerns and is rejecting my card, but that is not something I can correct if I have checked my information to ensure that it is the information on the creditor's file.  I have reached out to the Revdex.com and hope that a solid and customer friendly solution can be found quickly.  Thanks again for your time and assistance with handling this matter. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have submitted this concern as instructed FOUR times with no progress or help from Twitter employees or staff. Unfortunately, instead I have been circled around and around stating my bank information was wrong (though it is NOT a bank card), stating my address may not match, and that the CV number on the back was wrong. I am exceptionally unsettled that this 'unknown' charge and problem for a service I NEVER received is still going on when I filed this back in APRIL and it is now JULY.  I would say this classifies as terrible service from Twitter. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted Twitter through support channels and been unsuccessful 3 times now, they would know that if they actually read my complaint. I need a full response that's not a template or computerized response from the business through the Revdex.com and answer to my questions for me to be satisfied. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because you failed to actually address my concern or answer my question. Twitter shows that my ad received impressions and clicks, which is why I was billed for the advertising. I would like to see the ad that ran, because I certainly didn't build or setup any ads. It seems to me that Twitter showed no ad artwork or copy – no sponsored tweets – and is only claiming that an ad actually ran and generated impressions and results. I keep getting the standard, canned response from the Ad Support team with no one actually listening to the real problem here. I was billed $35 for literally NOTHING. And if I wasn't billed $35 for nothing, I would like to see exactly what I was billed for, as the campaign shows no ad sets or ads. Please show me the artwork or tweet that ran as sponsored content. Like I said, there is nothing in my account so I'm quite curious to see, and – seeing as my brand and reputation are on the line – I DESERVE to see the ad that ran.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please review the recent communication sent from Vine Support via the Twitter Help Center. If you no longer have access to the account you would like deactivated, but you can still see the account when searching for the username in Vine search on...

mobile or web, Vine Support might be able to assist you. Please tap into the profile and then press the "more" icon (three dots) on the top right of the profile. After that, tap on "Share this profile"; from there you will be able to see the Vine account ID number associated with your account. Vine Support will need this Vine ID to deactivate the account.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I never said anything about wrong email. I said you limited my account accessing site features without notification and without any reason. As the account did not violate any rules, it must be reinstated immediately as this is fraud and violating my consumer rights.Sincerely,[redacted]

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The business did not read te complaint. My information remains posted despite the fact that I have revoked their permission to use my private information, photos, etc. When they suspend an account, they remove te owners ability to delete the account. That is wrong. I want te account removed and the information deleted. There is no reason to continue to show suspended account information, and I do not give Twitter permission to use my private information.
Completely delete the information from account @[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/10/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It was to our understanding that Twitter would remove the fake account and verify our account @[redacted] in order to prevent future misunderstandings towards our consumers. We get multiple complaints from people asking if our account is real or not and therefore do not trust we are who we say we are, eg., our shops, music links, etc., We are asking to be verified so that any confusion that our consumers may have encountered/encounter will NEVER happen again. Ashesandgoldust is the brand name, although there are other names associated with the account that have had false and/or misleading Twitter accounts created, such as band members, we are only seeking that the band name be verified; this is to ensure that the proper brand name is being represented accurately and professionally. We understand that Twitter is a business and agree to obtain additional services, such as promotions and advertisements etc., in order to keep a good standing with Twitter. If there were outlets available of contacting Twitter for verification status without having to submit through a 3rd party then we would have chosen to go that route. It is to our understanding that Twitter is using third party agencies to charge extreme amounts of money for verification services that may or may not be provided by the Twitter organization, thus people spending up to $15,000 dollars to be verified. Also Twitter indicates that it is a free service to the community unless you are looking for extra promotion and thereby render their promotional services. In many instances certain brands and people are prevented from being found in Twitter's search engine as a way to get them to buy ads. We are a reputable business with the appropriate government documents that is required for Twitter verification services, we have had our own personal email and website for years and and see no legal reason why our band has not been verified? Because these practices are not stated on any of their documents we find that Twitter's business ideologies are unethical, misleading and deceitful, thereby leading us to contact the Revdex.com. Being pioneers of Twitter, it is disheartening to think that a social networking site that we initially took so much pleasure in using has shown so much disregard for us as individuals and as a business.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm not necessarily asking for access to the account. I don't need to access or gain any information. I'm primarily requesting to have the account closed. I established the account and I now request that it be closed or removed. Twitter needs to provide another solution to accomplish this other than the requirement to regain access to an email account that my previous employer is not able to re-establish.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not receive the aforementioned case numbers. This is a typical response from Twitter with no help what so ever. They are complicit in this individual's stalking and harassment of me and I do not accept their response.
